Unplug & Play!

We had a 3 hour private party at Unplug & Play for my daughter's birthday party and it was amazing! I dropped off the decorations during the week before because they were going to set up the decorations for us. The staff members were incredibly easy to work with throughout the whole process and especially on the day of. They would check up on us throughout the party to make sure we were doing okay and would give us timelines of when they'd start prepping the food, etc. They even cleaned up for us towards the end of the party and helped us pack everything. I didn't have to worry about a thing aside from enjoying spending time with my birthday girl and friends. Highly recommend having your party here!

We had my son’s 3rd birthday party here last weekend and it was so cute! My son and all the other kids loved all the different play areas, the dress up clothes and i loved how it was all close together so you don’t have to run around with the kids every second but you can see them from all areas is so nice too! The staff is all so helpful, they even served the pizza/fruit/veggies to everyone. Also cut up the cake and box all the leftovers up and take the gifts out to the front for us to put in the car. Highly recommend having birthday parties here!! Thank you all so much for the great experience!

I attended a child’s birthday party at this play center while visiting from out of town, and I was honestly shocked by what I experienced. As a guest, I tried to come in with an open mind, but it quickly became clear that this place is seriously lacking in several critical areas. Let’s start with the most glaring issue: leadership. There was no visible management presence during the entire party. The staff—clearly untrained and completely disengaged—fumbled through basic tasks, allowed unsupervised chaos, and made no effort to clean or reset between activities. The sanitation was equally concerning. The play equipment was grimy, the party area hadn’t been properly cleaned between groups, and the bathrooms were in a state I wouldn’t expect anywhere, let alone a space catering to young children. At one point, I noticed spilled food on the floor that sat there for over an hour—unattended and ignored. There was a huge concern for the dramatic play costumes; dirty and uncleaned. But the worst part came when management finally decided to show up—at the end of the party, storming in aggressively and loudly discussing the party host’s private financial matters right in front of myself and several other guests. It was not only wildly unprofessional but deeply inappropriate. Simultaneously, staff members stood nearby openly gossiping about the situation while guests and children were present. To top it all off, the management was dismissive when the parent raised concerns. Leadership clearly isn’t setting any standards here, and it shows in every detail—from the confused staff to the lack of cleanliness to the general disorganization of administrative responsibilities. Despite being told by the host that we could stay after the scheduled party, management had no issue kicking everyone out immediately, in front of the kids—creating unnecessary panic and confusion. No grace, no courtesy, just pure hostility. As someone who was just visiting, I felt embarrassed for the parents who planned this celebration here. They deserved better, and so did the kids. I sincerely hope the owners take a long, hard look at the way this place is being run.

This place is awesome and well-maintained. I love this place the toddler area is fabulous and exciting and has tons of kitchens and playhouses with the accessories unlike most kids playhouses that are missing the accessories. The staff works very hard to keep things organized and refreshed. We love this place so much it's well-run and the staff is fabulous. They also have a little town set up with a medical doctor at ballet studio a school tons of little forts to climb into Etc this is just a magical place of wonder. Highly recommend worth the trip down to Dumfries if you don't live there

We celebrated my son’s birthday here and it was great. Our host was very attentive and kind, the play area was very fun for our children and guests.
