This place is getting old and worn but still fun for kids. Went on Tuesday July 2 at 10 am opening time. No line. Fill out waiver online ahead of time and show qr code in email to the worker. Toddler pass (good for 2 hours) costs $11.99 plus tax, comes with less activities than the expensive passes but my preschooler wouldn't have played the big kid stuff anyway (zip line, virtual reality, rock wall, etc) Jousting weapons (see picture) that you hold in your hands to push someone off the beam- broken. Ball pit area- (see picture) the jumping pads' black fabric is worn and ripped and the bare wood plank is exposed. Basketball area- (see picture) one of the two basketball slam dunk areas was closed. But even with the aging facilities, my son had a great time. Women's bathroom was pretty clean.

Went for a birthday party and the hosts were nice and did their job well. All the staff seemed friendly but the facility is in need of some major cleaning and upkeep. It’s very dirty and poorly maintained. There’s not a whole lot to do for kids under 6/7. Food and drink prices are too high for what you get (quality and quantity). Overall, it gets the job done but definitely expensive for what you get.

#1: This place can be loud! If noise level is an indicator of fun, then fun level 1,000 has been unlocked! #2: Kudos to everyone who works here! Your patience should be rewarded! (Go easy on the employees. Most people would not last 10 minutes in this place, even if you were paying them!) #3: Food court offers basic fun center fare. Hot dogs, cheese nachos, chicken tenders, chicken wings, Dippin Dots. #4: This is a great place to get out of the heat while letting the kids burn off some pent-up energy! They had an absolutely amazing good time! #5: I'm purchasing an annual membership! What a deal!

This place needs some TLC… just alone in the kid zone I spotted so many places to get injured. I saw kids falling left and right. Over looked it went to the RR where 3 female employees were walking out leaving the RR smelling like marijuana. Tried to overlook it but then to find out they threw away all my drinks. When I asked the front desk about my drinks, a little girl working the front desk rolled her eyes at me and refused to even acknowledge me. Thank God this place had at least 1 employee with any customer service and took care of me situation. $25 a kid this place is PACKED so no excuses for the rude employee nor slacking on the safety of the children. (And don’t forget you are required to sign a waiver)
