Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

My son (7yo) loves this place! We've been for several birthday parties, but he was excited to get an annual pass for Christmas. We've already been 4 times within a week! It's fun for all ages! Get out from behind the screens and go have some family fun! They keep it pretty clean (yes, spills happen, but they're cleaned up pretty quickly) and all the staff are friendly and great at ensuring safety.

First, it is WAY overcrowded. We bought the group package online in advance, also signed the waivers online the night before and it still took 45 minutes just to get in the door. The staff acts like they’re being forced to work here against their will. We had a group reservation which included pizza and drinks, however the staff acted like I was trying to get drinks for free, another employee said I couldn’t get the drinks without redeeming the pizza so I waited for the pizza and then asked for the drinks but it turned into an entire scuffle with an employee that appeared to be under the influence of something. This establishment has very poor standards when it comes to staff conduct. Tyleigh (spelling is probably wrong) was honestly the only employee that acted friendly and was willing to help but the “manager” ended up calling the police and having us trespassed over drinks. There are long lines at every “attraction” and height requirements for pretty much everything. Definitely not worth the price.

Visited for my grandson 4th birthday. He had an amazing time. This is a kid and parent friendly place with a high concentration on safety.

Large place that seemed to be kept fairly clean. There was a lot of staff actively monitoring for safety. Getting inside took a long time, about 20 minutes with everyone at a standstill trying to sign the waivers. There were a lot of rules that limited a lot of what the kids could do. They said my son was too short to be in the “obstacle course” ball pit and only one person could jump on a trampoline at a time. Also can not stand in the ball pit, you have to keep moving because it’s the “obstacle course”. Overall it was fun and staff were involved in keeping people safe but at the same time all the strict rules were a real drag

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! I can't say enough great things about this place. Madison and Tylee are amazing, best hostesses ever! We had my sons birthday party there today and let me tell ya they blow the competition out of the water! The entire staff was pleasant, place was very clean, prices were reasonable, plenty of attractions for the kids and adults. Big thank you to urban air for helping make my son have the best party!!
