Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Totally fun place for the kids and young people to come play. So many awesome activities. The layout is big and comfortable and I like that the I can easily see the whole area without need to look around. Would totally come visit again!

Never been here before, but heard great things about it to keep kids busy. Decided to book it for my son’s third birthday and was looking forward to experiencing the facility. Just want to start off by saying the actual place was really fun and kid friendly, however the staff is questionable. Supposedly they have a corporate office who doesn’t communicate changes with the actual location. Secondly, our party host should not be hosting parties. He took most of the two hour time slot running back and forth to get baby socks WHEN I EXPLAINED THAT I HAD MULTIPLE BABIES COMING! Why would you bring one pair of socks at a time. He was not there to welcome my guest or bring them to the table, so a couple times I noticed my guests just wandering around looking for us. He touched our pizza with no gloves. He was trying to limit us to one area of the facility when I explained I took the Highest package and that I received multiple CONFIRMATION emails explaining what I got/wanted EVEN UP UNTIL THE DAY BEFORE. Even my guests were getting annoyed with him, not sure if it was too much for him to handle, but parties are definitely not for him. Co-manager didn’t even have the decency to comp me anything although she literally had to take over our party. She made sure to charge me for all extras which was 1 pie and 2 pitchers of sodas and 2 BABY children at $20 a piece. She could’ve just comped me that and I would’ve been fine but the fact that it was such a horrible experience she didn’t even say I’ll give you 10% off your bill. They also promote all day play starting at the time your party begins, but you will be given a wristband if you are going on a day that it may get busy. Basically the wristband is a time limit, WHICH IS NOT COMMUNICATED WHEN BOOKING OR CONFIRMING THE PARTY!

Place is fun but just a tip for those with older kids, Dix hills location seems more geared to smaller children and not as big as lake Grove. Kids 10 and up may be bored easily. Go karts are limited to under 52" the sky rider is not as high and the zip line is small vs around the entire facility at lake Grove. We bought the package with parent tickets but really didn't go on anything due to smaller scale of attractions.

I had my toddler’s birthday here and I was not disappointed. Before booking the party, I went to the location and met with Ashley. She was super helpful and knowledgeable! We had subsequent questions and she was easily reachable by phone. A few days before, she called to confirm details (how many children and pizzas). On the day of, she was also there which was really nice because it felt like a seamless process with her following all the way through! We had Daniella as our assigned host, she was sweet and helpful. The toddlers had a blast - glad we had an early time slot on a holiday weekend because it was quite empty when we first came in but got to be quite packed with the big kids. We will be back!

As a reviewer said before, place is wonderful for children 12 and under. Love it for open play, for parties however.. for the amount I paid, wasn't worth it. At $1400, plus mandatory 15% tip minimum, I expected a lot more . Our hostess did the bare minimum, like I did her job for her. Checked kids in, gave socks, gave them wrist bracelets, I paid for the ultimate package and she kept telling me they kids wouldn't be able to do go-karts which was the only reason I booked at this location, not to mention, and left the room, said if I needed her to come find her. Which I was never able to do. When she served pizza, then mopped the floor she used the same gloves to serve cake, I didn't notice at the time but the guests did. And of course no one ate the cake. Didn't help bring things to car, or let us use the cart, and because of course we hae to make multi trips to bring our stuff to car, she had the audacity to complain to coworkers that we wouldnt leave the room. Had she helped us, we couldn't have been able to wrap things up quicker. So bottom like, definitely would go again, for party, no thanks.
