Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park, featured in the Theme Park Directory category, offers a variety of trampoline and adventure activities for kids and families. However, recent customer reviews indicate mixed experiences, with concerns raised about pricing changes and facility upkeep.

One customer expressed disappointment with recent changes, particularly regarding the "shorty 40" pricing and height restrictions. They noted that their son no longer qualified for the discounted rate, despite not being tall enough for other activities. Additionally, the ball pit, which was previously a popular attraction, is now height-restricted and no longer included in the "shorty 40" ticket. The playground and ball pit were closed during their visit, leading to further frustration.

The customer also expressed concern about the condition of the foam pit, stating they do not allow their children to play in it due to its poor state. They hoped that the new policies would lead to equipment upgrades, but without these improvements, they felt the park was "not really worth it."

On the other hand, another customer reported a positive experience, stating they "love Urban air" and have been a member for four years. They mentioned their son, who has been visiting since he was three, still enjoys coming to the park, describing it as their "after school program."

The reviews indicate a discrepancy in customer experiences, with some enjoying the long-term benefits of the park while others express dissatisfaction with recent changes and facility conditions.

We enjoy visiting urban air for their ball pit and reasonable pricing. This allowed me to overlook the upkeep of the facility. In our recent visit, I was first surprised to learn that my son no longer qualifies for the shorty 40. That’s interesting seeing as though he isn’t tall enough to do the other activities. With the new pricing and policies, the shorty 40 tickets does not include access to the ball pit. It is now height restricted. The playground and ball pit were closed. That was very disappointing for my two children. I was more frustrated with the pricing not being adjusted to accommodate activities being closed or restricted. I personally do not let my children play in the foam pit due to its condition. Hopefully the new policies mean new equipment is coming. Otherwise, it’s not really worth it.

This 5 star is for a few employees. We've been regulars for over six months. Shout out to Jaymen and Una, also the young man who is the manager with brades. Always happy, helpful, and good with the kids. That's what we need there. On the flip side, there's definitely been some employees there who should not be working with kids based on temperment and demeanor. It seems management cycles them out or moved them to roles with less direct supervision responsibilities over the children. Overall happy with our membership decision. Website enrollment and account management is disjointed at best.

Today is my daughter’s birthday. She had a wonderful experience. Everyone was super friendly. They even gave her a sticker. The cashier gauge at the concession stand has impeccable customer service. He’s patient he’s kind and he knows how to deal with rowdy kids and impatient parents. this is the best urban air in town.!

Carter was absolutely awesome with the kids.... What one parent says might be aggressive simply doesn't understand the pressure the employees have watching out and helping our children stay safe and have fun. The food was decent and all the staff was pleasant. We will definitely be back...
