My son and his friends had fun here. Lots for them to do and tire themselves out.

This place could be great with some changes to the staffing and some oversight of the employees. 1. The cleanliness... the jungle gym he trash and piles of dirt through it. The bathrooms are usually not clean with no paper towels if you go later in the day and if you say anything to the staff, the roll their eyes. Staff are wearing their shoes onto the trampolines. I have been at trampoline parks that there is a line of where you can and cannot wear shoes. That includes anyone just going to watch the kids jump and staff. These places are much cleaner. 2. Oversight of the employees... I went to take my daughter to the family bathroom but was just behind a male employee going in there. We went to the regular bathroom and he was still in there when we walked out, blaring music. It seems like they are using this as a break room. 3. Equipment wearing out... the foam pit blocks all seems to be somewhat falling apart. And on our last visiting, there were pieces from the foam covering the railings for the walking laying on the ground. Also, this place is always a million degrees inside. They could save a little money on the hear bill by not cranking the heat up so much.

Filthy. Absolutely disgusting place. Food and trash all over. They need to do a once an hour sweep of the place to throw away trash/sweep/mop the floor. They did add an arcade....my child's eyes lit up but after paying nearly $30, I wasn't going to then pay for arcade games. Overall who doesn't love trampolines, unruly kids, screaming, and parents who walk around with absolutely no self awareness.

This is definitely a place where kids will enjoy being there for playing or attending a birthday party. They have 2 types of parties available. One book with a private room for the party Or you can book tables that are available outside. As you enter the facility, you will have waiver fill out screens, and on completion, you will get a checkin slip. Then you can join your party. The party assistant will receive the check-in slip and provide your wristband. If you are on your own, then you can stand in the line and purchase the wristband. The play area is huge and contains several activities. For kids, they have a rock climbing area which seems to be always crowded. The next area with more lids is the Dodge ball area.It will be good if they have more rock climbing areas. They do have a food area available for purchase contained pizza, pretzel, French fries, and chicken. The restrooms are maintained.OK, but the trash cans around the facility always seem to be overflowing. They have to do a good job in terms of maintaining the place. Otherwise, this is like any other party facility where it will always be kids running around and very loud .

Took my kids on Saturday evening, and was really disappointed in the cleanliness. There was food and trash all over the tables, and drinks left spilled on the floor. The staff was really lacking as well- the young man at the front desk was rude, and everywhere else there seemed to be a huge lack of staff and supervision. The tubes area that’s supposed to be for kids under 52 inches wasn’t supervised at all, and there were teenagers clearly over the height limit in and out. When I alerted a nearby staff member, they said they’d “look out for it”, but then proceeded to ignore more teenagers coming in and out. I didn’t feel comfortable at all having my young kids in there. There were also a lot of kids as young as 5 years old who seemed to have no parent in sight and no staff to ensure anyone was following the rules. My kids had a fun time, but overall it was just an environment that did not make me feel comfortable at all.
