Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

I’m giving this place a one star review for trying to get people to write false reviews. Fist off, the person at the front desk is clueless. I came in with a gift card and she tried to charge me full price. Then had the nerves to say she doesn’t know how much is on the gift card. Well, why don’t you check to see how much is on there before asking me to pay. There’s a reason why you are holding onto a gift card I handed to you. Then a few employees came and ask everyone to write a 5 star review in front of them for 1) free Icy 2) a free $10 play card or 3) a free admission pass. This is ridiculous. Half the play machine doesn’t work. All staffs are young and looks like they don’t want to be there.

My son had his 7th Birthday at the Wellington, Fl location with 17 kids and I literally didn’t have to do a thing but bring his cake! The person I need to thank the Most is our Host named Gabriel that never left our side and never let me lift a finger. Gabriel went above and beyond for this party. From the moment we got in he had a smile that could brighten a room. He is literally the reason I am writing this review. Who ever raised this kid did a fantastic job! He was so Amazing with the kids and even the parents. Thank You so much for making his party such a success! Every place deserves a person like you!! The Leonard Family

We just left my nephew's birthday party... Garrett was our party room attendant, and he was amazing! He was very courteous and attentive. He handled our large group like a champ! The facility was very busy, but there was plenty of activities for the kids and they loved it!

We had our son birthday party today.... Stefan was our party room attendant, and he was amazing! He was very attentive and helpful. He make sure we had everything we needed and more. He handled our group like a champ! The facility was very clean and there was plenty of activities for the kids and they loved it. Steve called to confirm our reservation a couple of days before and was extremely nice and answered all my questions.

Came here our daughters birthday party staff was very polite and easy spoken when arriving our party host was Garret and he exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived he was so helpful and wanting to make sure the party and decor went just right . Our daughter did wind up getting hurt there and staff was so helpful and quick with following all there saftey procedures making sure she was okay and again through all this Garret never once skipped a beat always being so helpful still getting everything for the party along with showing concern about our daughter over all the party was a success everybody had a great time we appreciate all the staff and workers for doing such a great job but Garret was deff the highlight of our experience there SOMEBODY GIVE THAT KID A RAISE !!! Thank you Urban Air and thank you Garret!! I work in customer service and will refer any parent I know to host a party or event here .. we will be back !!
