Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

At check in I was advised that the website is corporate and that they set their own prices as a franchise. And don’t offer the cheaper option. See photo with this location and price package they refused to honor. Many things in various states of disrepair. Staircase railing held in place with duct tape. Which appears to be the repair of choice for the facility. Safety nets ripped from sharp railings that they are adjacent to. On one of the deluxe attractions the bottom edge of the safety net was no longer attached to the rail. Very few attendants monitoring activities. Several people doing multiple front and back flips. There was a pretty light crowd and apparently the cleaning crew had left early for the day. There was food wrappers and cups on several tables. As well as trash and gum on the floors and carpets. Throughout. If you are going to deviate from the corporate standards and not offer the basic price package. You should at the very least provide a “Deluxe” experience.

We had a great experience for my twins, 6th birthday. From booking the party to the days leading up with confirmations and details, Rocco and his staff were wonderful. I was able to decorate our private room to my liking and the food and times were very prompt from start to finish. The best part is once the party is finished, the kids can continue to play for as long as they like. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!

Love coming here with my kids. We recently had my oldest son’s 6th birthday here. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The kids had a great time. I highly recommend this Urban Air!

My kids had a very nice time ranging in age from 2 to 13. So it was like 20 bucks a kid and I felt it was worth it I'm not sure if I would have paid 30 or 40 though. We were there for 3 hours and felt it was just the right amount.

- We had my son's birthday here... While the owner (Rocco) was super cool and helpful over the phone, the staff inside is NOT as professional. The front desk is run by young kids that don't care or understand customer service. The party attendant we was GREAT. The place is a bit overpriced in my opinion with prices starting around $25 for a regular day pass.
