Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Very engaging trampoline park with lots of activities. There are many rooms for birthday parties. The place has been maintained clean and open for all ages of kids. Kids can spend here many hours and will not get bored. The parking is ample and bathroom is clean.

On Monday, October 14, a school holiday, I had six of my grandchildren who wanted to go and experience this particular Urban Air park. We had had not been here before so It took time to get them all registered. But I have to say in all the times that I’ve taken my grandchildren to these type of places I had never experienced such amazing customer service. Your workers are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, engaging young people. Unlike so many other places we go. You could tell they were truly enjoying working there. It was such a great experience for all of us that unanimously said this is the place they want to continue to come to. I want to express my gratitude to these 3 amazing young women, Aspen, Alexi and Meredith. I don’t think my grandchildren get it yet, but their pleasant attitude I believe is in part what made this a great experience!! See you soon!!!!

We loved Urban Air in Frisco so much it's tidy, clean and has lots of adventures your kids will love it for sure 👍🏻

Just had my son’s 5th birthday party here and we had a great time! Our host Pamela was amazing and very organized including her managers. I love urban air for birthday parties because all you have to do is walk in with a cake, everything else is taken care of. Thank you!
