Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Great place to be with the kids for some hours playing several different games! Also you can order a family pizza with 4 drinks for almost $30 which is appreciated and the quality is not bad. The kids could enjoy climbing, sliding or jump in different areas, sometimes, the queue for the attraction could be 10-15 minutes but usually on Saturdays afternoon due to overlooking. We enjoy the place and repeat every 2-3 weeks because the kids love it.

My family has a great time! There is so much to do. You’ll find something to entertain just about everyone. The staff was friendly (mostly high school and college kids operating it). They have a decent cafe to keep the kids happy while they play. Adults will find a few attractions fun as well! Only downside, you have to wear their socks while you play. Your feet will hurt by the end on visit. Otherwise, we had a blast!

We had our daughter’s 9th birthday at urban air! We had a great time! The staff was friendly, helpful, and went above & beyond for us. Most importantly our daughter had “the best birthday ever!”. We got a private room, which was well worth it. It was nice to have a place to relax while the kids played. I highly recommend urban air for a birthday party or for a fun family outing!

Overall terrible experience Complaint I literally had two employee tell me I can’t set in a massage chair because it beeps. I paid two time to set in the chair. I have the charges in my credit card to show this. I have visited before and never been asked to move. No one was setting in the massage chairs at the time I was harassed and told to move. Had another customer a guy even walk up and said that employees sounds like she is on a power trip. When the employee left from talking to me. So I highly doubt anyone complained. Considering the customer by me stated that was ridiculous for them to even ask in the first place. The manager claimed that the beeping was loud. Really loud where at a kids Trampoline park. She continued to harass me, and intimidate me telling me and tell me I had to move. There is no sign located anywhere stating any such rule. There is nothing listed online or in my membership stating that I can not set in the chairs provided. I am a paying membership holder. I feel I was being harassed and I was left to feel uncomfortable. These managers are ridiculous! No manager or employee should stand over me telling me where to set when I paid to go there. Refund my membership, if you don’t want me to set down and enjoy my time while my child is playing. Every other time I have came here it’s never been an issue. Why is it ok to harass me this time. This place needs new leadership. Terrible way to treat members. I was harassed by two members of management. Both chose to stand over me to try to intimidate me which is unacceptable behavior. I have a 4 year old that was playing on the playground and jumping I sat there so he knew where I was and so I could see him. I expect follow up. You have no right to harass members who pay a fee.

Kids had a good time at a birthday party for five-year-olds. There is a lot going on here and it is pretty loud with a lot of lights flashing and such like a nightclub. If you don’t mind losing track of your kid a bit or any of these things this is a lot of fun for them, doesn’t bother me a bit and they love it. There are bumper, cars, video games, a bunch of ball pits and mazes and such things, rock climbing, some kind of Zip line and trampolines and more.
