Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This place is an absolute hidden gem 💎 in Colorado Springs for parents with little tots looking for some indoor adventures this season! ❄️ To start, I have a 3-year old we took here on New Year’s Eve and he had an AMAZING time! I can see the place getting really busy on certain times/dates—we came right after opening (walked in at around 10:30AM and they only open at 10AM that day) and it started filling up as noon creeped in. Parking was decent, free, and there were lots of open spaces even later when we left. Staff interaction was minimal (which we liked) for introverted peeps wondering about it. There’s also food you can buy there since they do have an indoor cafe that mostly serves pizza 🍕 We bought tickets in advance online to make the day more seamless and it worked. Also, the website states that grippy socks are mandatory inside the facility and they do sell them on-site as well 🧦 The place is pretty adult-friendly as well, perfect for teenagers and parents who actually want to play with their kids! The ninja warriors course is a challenge—even for my husband and I, who are both calisthenics enthusiasts. Definitely got a good work-out in just playing around 😂 Oh, and did I mention they have pretty kid-friendly arcades? 👾 most places have pretty bad odds of winning anything but this place had us winning a price on the first try! I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 despite our wonderful experience only because some of the attractions were closed while we were there and while there’s a number of massage chairs for the adults, I was pretty bummed to realize that most of them weren’t actually working and there’s maybe 3 chairs I saw that was operational despite there being more than 10 in the whole facility 😅 TLDR; Great place to take little tots for an indoor adventure—they have pizza, go-karts, laser tag, arcades, etc. Definitely recommend!

My son had an AMAZING birthday party here! The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially with last minute requests and changes. Hats off to their team, who were especially great with the kiddos and parents for making sure everyone had a great time. We love Urban Air!!! Thank you Ashley, Jasmine and team!

We came in for the first time ever to check it out before scheduling our daughter's birthday party here and will absolutely not be having her party here or coming back. What an absolutely rip off. It was $120 for my family only for the place to be absolutely disgusting and the extra attractions that we paid for be closed for cleaning in the middle of the day during a holiday break for schools. We got there when the location opened and there was trash, dust, hair etc EVERYWHERE. There was clearly no cleaning done. There was even a USED band-aid on the floor. Absolutely vile. I brought it to the attention of a team lead and they told me they'll "try harder", not sure how that's an acceptable answer. My husband also tried to order food and waited for over 10 minutes with no one ever coming to help him. There were two employees (one being the team lead I spoke with) standing by the tables just talking. They even made eye contact with my husband while he waited and still didn't help him. This place is an absolute train wreck and I absolutely expect a response because this isn't ok.

My kids always spend hours here and have tons of fun! Sometimes, I even join in! We bought the membership because it is a good deal, and you can even get a slice of pizza and some popcorn if you buy the platinum membership. There's no blackout dates either, so we plan on going once a week. There are many different activities, and the kids usually take a nap afterward! So win-win for all of us 😁

The absolute WORST customer service I have ever encountered. Came here for my daughter's birthday. Paid for the Platinum Party Package, upgraded to a private room, purchased sodas, purchased game cards. One of the guests left his shoes in the cubby for maybe 20min or less and they were taken. The company was very little help in trying to track down the shoes. The general manager( I'm assuming) hid in the office. Instead he let a young girl party host & a young asst mgr relay his answers to me. I had to INSIST they take our name and number so they could contact us if the shoes were returned. The only thing they would tell us was that they saw someone on video, gave a terrible description and told us to go around, looking for them. When we told them we couldn't find them, they said that they had left. I couldn't believe a GM would make kids handle a difficult situation like this. They are not liable by the way 🙄 I know they have multiple cameras all over that facility. They could have followed that girl to find around the facility on camera to potentially find her parents. Those parents may have paid with a credit card making it easy to track them down. Maybe the shoes were taken by mistake. I had to force the assistant manager to take my name and my phone number in case somebody called about the shoes. We will never be back & I encourage anyone who is looking for this type of party to find a different location.
