Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Party and host was great! It was after the party when we moved to another table so the kids could continue to play. Our party ended at 7:30pm and I checked out about 7:20ish. By 7:45 Autumn was mopping floors and some of my guest complained to me today, that she mopped their feet. Paying & tipping the host for a party for my guest to complain that their feet got mopped is totally out of line and disrespectful. This should be brought up during a staff meeting that staff shouldn't mop while customers are still around because that's another liability for a slip and fall. The floors was wet enough to go swimming on. But this should be discussed with staff because as bad as I wanted to approach Autumn i didn't, I didn't even record nor take pictures out of respecting her identity and privacy. When I spoke with the manager, she even mentioned that they shouldn't have been mopping. SMH please do better with training staff and them dealing with people that pay their hard earned money to have a good time. It's the day after the party and my guest have been calling me all day telling me things they over heard from the "mop crew" and how we should have left after our party was over and the facility didn't close until 9pm.

We had my neice's birthday party here. She had a great time. We ordered 2 🍕 which everyone enjoyed so much we had to order another one. The host of our party was very sweet and helpful.

I had A, my eight year old birthday party last summer, and it was great. That just was very helpful. Bringing ice whenever I need it and drinks. She give out the Pizza and all my kid had a great time and I didn’t have to do much.

My family of 5 visited this location on 08/24/24 and opted for the all-in-one package. The food was good, the pizza was great, and the funnel cake fries were also a hit. However, several issues impacted our experience. The floor was filthy, with drink spills everywhere, including in areas where no drinks are allowed. The bathrooms were designed for bigger kids, not for the smaller ones. The trampolines had trash on them, and the Velcro cushions in the kid zone kept falling off. One particularly unpleasant issue was the young white male at the Sky Zone and rock climbing area who was assisting with harnesses. His pants were so low that I could see his "blue" boxers, which was truly disgusting. Although I wanted to leave at that point, I had paid too much and was determined to get my money's worth. There was also an inconsistency in how rules were enforced. My daughter was corrected by a young black male staff member when she did a front flip at the drop zone airbag, which was fair since we didn’t see the sign. However, a group of four young black males repeatedly performed large flips in front of the same worker without any correction, which was confusing and possibly due to fear of confrontation. Overall, it felt like the place was poorly managed, with inappropriate conversations happening around a facility that allows children as young as one. To top it all off, my entire family ended up getting sick. While I understand that germs are common in places with a lot of people and kids, the level of cleanliness seemed to contribute to our illness. Given these experiences, we will not be returning.
