I recently purchased the monthly membership for my 3 kiddos. My kiddos absolutely love this place. There is a lot to do and even after many repeated visits, my kids still wanna come here. The entire establishment is very clean. All the attractions are clean and they work! I love how all the food and drinks stay in the eating area here unlike some other jump places I鈥檝e been to, where ya see kids jumping with food and drink 馃槷 I have gotten to know some of the staff here and they are all very kind and friendly to me and my children. I need to give big shout outs to Emma who helped me set up my memberships as well as Katrina and Olivia. These ladies always greet us with big smiles and we feel very welcomed. For those looking for indoor activities, this place is it! The memberships are more affordable than the other jump places in town and ya get a slice of pizza with popcorn every visit. There鈥檚 no time limits here but my kids usually wear out after 2 and a half hours of play 馃ぃ馃ぃ Thanks for the good times Urban air 馃榿

This place is so fun for kids! We were there for 5 hours and my son still wanted to stay longer. There鈥檚 so much to do - trampolines, rock climbing, foam pits, the sky rider, obstacle courses, bumper cars, play ground and more. My son had the best time! I knocked off a star because the food is truly awful. Bring your own snacks! I also knocked a star off because there are no hand sanitizing stations and ZERO cleaning that went on during the five hours we were there. Lastly, I paid for the highest ticket so my son could do everything - but that was pointless as they don鈥檛 check wristbands and let everyone do everything.

We just had a large scale event here, everything went fantastic. They had plenty of staff there, everything was clean, our students were safe and had a bunch of fun! There was tons to do here, enough to keep all 240 attendees busy. We really appreciated the staff who were there, they were kind, friendly and willing to help out with whatever we needed. The GM Brian, made sure we had exactly what we needed and went above and beyond to keep our event running smoothly from start to finish. You can tell when a place takes care of its people and this place certainly does. I cannot recommend them enough!

4-stars, overall the experience is great. The setback is due to a couple reasons that I will get to later in this review. First, the facility is definitely kept clean, and is well staffed. The staff is friendly and knowledgable. From entry to exit the staff are attentive. All the equipment was working and in good condition. The setbacks are due to a few factors. The parking lot is typically congested and finding a close parking spot can be challenging. The headcount on Saturday was really high, but it was a rainy day, too. That could be why it was so busy. When my oldest and middle child went to do the climbing course I asked to enter the arena so that I can help them and get photos. The young man told me I couldn't enter the arena since I didn't have their sox on. I looked at the staff in the arena and they were both wearing standard shoes. I said "Well, you're wearing shoes though, and I'm not climbing. I'm just going to help my kids and take photos." The young man chuckled and said "The last time I let someone in here with shoes on I got in trouble." So, there is an apparent gap with his understand or in the managements ability to consider abstract thought. The principle of the sox makes sense for those partaking in the activities, but for strictly spectating your kids. The same principle that applies to staff footwear should be allowed by parents. The food wasn't too great. The pretzles were cool, which I found odd. The nacho dip and chips weren't great either. The kids loved the pizza though. Additionally, this Urbanair does not have laser tag or video games. Not a big deal, but my oldest had his heart set on laser tag. The location is really great. It is very close to a lot of different restaurants, and a couple of malls. The buffet that is in the same strip as this Urbanair location is amazing. Again, 4-stars and overall I am please. We purchased the membership and it is beyond worth it due to all the benefits. We got the Platinum tier. It is only $16.99 a month. It comes with all rides and activities. It is unlimited entry into the facility. It comes with 1 free slice of pizza & 1 free snack and that's per visit which I find remarkable. If you plan to attend an Urbanair more than 1x a year. You should get this membership, because it pays for itself. Any guests you bring can purchase a day pass for half price, because of you being a member.
