Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This place was absolutely disgusting! I would be shutting down this location for a massive cleaning and turn over 90% of these employees. My sister spoke with the new manager and he was very kind. Honestly, thats the only reason why i am giving this 2 stars. Help him out and close for a week to sanitize this whole place.

Floors were filthy, bathroom unkept, 3 zones closed, kitchen out of nearly everything. Private party room was an extra $50 - which included all of 4 chairs for the adults, 4 balloons, a missing party host, and 2 small pizzas which were 20 minutes late - private room is only 2 hours. Pictures of the zones and there were no safety monitors seen.

Great place to bring your kids to play. My 3 year old had a blast! Looks like it would be fun for birthday parties. Only downside was the bathrooms. I went in and the floor was wet and almost all toilets were clogged.

Very disappointed with this trampoline park. Arrived at opening and it looks like the place hasn’t been cleaned in at least a week. Trash on trampolines, the bathrooms were nasty (and this is a place that requires shoes be removed prior to using the equipment, so everyone’s running around in socks) - worst part was finding a sharp screw on the floor. Paid for “ultimate” tickets but some of the attractions covered by admission were closed and staff didn’t seem particularly interested in opening them. Parents literally just drop their young kids off to play unsupervised. They play in the balls under the attractions so the attractions themselves can’t be used without risking falling on the kids playing underneath. Definitely won’t be back. Update: currently sitting under the ropes course, waiting for my daughter. Watching a young girl on the course who’s been stuck for several minutes. The course attendant is not paying attention at all, just sitting and playing on his phone. Not even looking at the course. (Pic attached, attendant circled in red.)

Showed up last minute at 3pm for my little girls birthday party today. Charged over $300 for a picnic table all the way in the back of the building never seen a host or anything. Ordered pizza aftwr not being told and finding out ourselves the pizza doesn’t come with a party so we ordered like 4 whole pizzas and waited hour and a half maybe even 2 whole hours after being told it would be a wait, I was fine with waiting, but 4 pizzas and having to wait two hours to get pizza for the kids to eat finally and the buzzer things go off they give when you order and have to wait. It’s goes off so we go back to pick up and was told the pizzas was done give away twice to some different party instead of our party so again we are waiting for our pizzas we ordered over two hours ago now. Overall. My first time planning a party and I promise it will be my last. Do not recommend this place to nobody. Th staff if run by kids who don’t even care. They run out of lemonade while I was there and asked for a glass and was told they was out and couldn’t change the lemonade out instead said they was out and had to get something else. 0-10 recommend this place. Very very bad place. Way to expensive, not worth the time. Poor staff poor people overall. Poor place all together.
