We were just there in the beginning of January for my kids big brother‘s birthday party we have been there times before and nothing seems to change. The place is disgusting. It stinks of course with all the sweat, but you would think that they would have some kind of Lysol spray that can be sprayed you can tell that they don’t clean anything. They don’t wipe nothing down. All of the employees are teenagers that don’t wanna be bothered. They are rude when you asked to talk to a manager for something that they are accountable for and that they don’t. Do you never talk to a manager. The manager is hiding in the office or who knows where food was cold. You know we pay a lot of money to come there for as many kids as I have, I have five kids, and we all got the extreme pass for the skydiving which they didn’t even get to do because the line was so long. They need to get a better way of running things such as the concession stand to eat food you have to wait an hour in line and then another hour just to get the food which is already probably cold. It was just not an experience that we will be going back to and being the urban air is the only place other than main event and all these other stinky places that they do not keep up anymore it’s just gotten really bad and it’s a shame that they let teenagers run these places that need an adult to keep the cleans and this place needs a definite deep clean Hopefully they get this cleaned up and get new management so that people can enjoy their time for the most money that they spend. We will not be returning there for a while because all my kids got sick due to the cleanliness.

Yesterday was our first and last visit to the Urban Air Adventure Park in Albuquerque, which included myself and my twin 6-year-old boys. Overall, the variety of attractions (adventures) was neat, but the place was obviously packed with birthday parties on a Saturday. In general, the staff were all teenagers who were "ok," but nobody was particularly friendly, welcoming or hospitable. Value was OK (there is huge overhead to run a place like this), but there are absolutely no discounts on Saturdays which is understandable. The line at the concession stand was too long to stand in, and I speculate there might be a more efficient way to take orders (i.e. app or kiosk, etc.), so we did not eat there as we had intended. My kids had a lot of fun until we got to getting geared up with harnesses for the overhead "zip line." A grumpy employee, "Bailey," who was doing this role did not speak clearly with her instructions to us (which are obviously important from a safety standpoint) and I am hard of hearing (especially considering how loud the place was). I told her that I had a hearing disability, and asked her 3x to speak up, to which she not only refused but seemed to become angered by the request. I then politely asked to speak to her supervisor/manager, which she also refused. I then patiently waited for 15 minutes for such manager to appear, but nobody ever came, so we left and will not be back. I am a really reasonable person, but this kind of attitude does not earn my repeat business when there are so many competing alternatives. It's still a neat concept and with some better management it could probably be the kind of place we would patronize frequently. Read the other reviews and then draw your own conclusion.

My kids always have a blast when we're here! I love that you pay for the things you want to do vs. paying by hour. They are open 4-8pm during the week. The food is okay, I usually get pizza and wings. The funnel cake is bomb! I would definitely recommend this trampoline park! Always clean and the staff is friendly

For $120 for 3 kids, I’d expect more. The place is Going down hill! Several of the sections are closed and have been closed for months. They are not maintaining the facility. I do not recommend.

This adventure park reasonably caters to both adults and children. It offers a variety of rock climbing walls, slides, children friendly maze style playgrounds / jungle gyms, tons of trampolines, a zip line style attraction, and a sky diving imitating attraction to name a few. There are child only zones and others that are shared with both adults and children. A café inside this location has items that tend to the sweet or salty craving for a snack or beverage to quench that thirst. It's a great location to host a birthday party and keep everyone entertained. The pizza there is a great way to feed that busy party as they come and go. Those who aren't into running around can jump on the arcade style games and have a blast. The storage lockers make keeping track of personal belongings simple and easy to manage. The staff is very welcoming, super friendly, and helpful. Some parts of the attractions may need a bit of repairs, but due to the high traffic in them, it can be understandable. Prices may appear a bit steep but seem reasonable once everything that is offered is considered. If the child only zones were to be better regulated and monitored, it would make it a whole lot better. Too many times, my 2 year old was pushed around and nearly trampled by larger kids who were well passed the age and height restrictions. If you're looking for a place to take the family for fun, host a child's birthday party, or take the kids and their friends out for a day of fun, consider this location. It's full of energy and has much to offer.
