Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

We visited Urban Air today, and it was incredible! They offer so many activities that there is something for everyone to enjoy. We tried everything and are now HUGE FANS! It’s hard to pick just one favorite—there’s the zipline, ropes course, spinning bumper cars, playground, laser tag, dodgeball, obstacle courses over a ball pit, and rock climbing, among others. The food was good too. Be sure to visit for an epic day!

We recently had a birthday party here for my daughter’s 7th birthday. The process to book a party was fairly easy Beth explained everything very throughly through email with package prices and what it includes and answered any questions I had AND also followed up with a call to triple confirm details before the party. This trampoline park has TONS of attractions fun for the whole family. My guest really enjoyed the park. The park itself is very new opened this month (March 2025) so they’re still getting the hang of a few things during check in/ Check out for parties, so give the workers some slack. I loved that the party room can also turn into a glow in the dark room with black lights, that was a feature I didn’t know they had until I got there! It was very cool ( you do not have to use it if you do not want to, you can just have your lights on) I did take advantage of the TV to play kids music on YouTube which was nice! Party’s do come with a party host. Ours was Manny. He was extremely well spoken, attentive and polite. He helped not only me but my guest with anything they needed or had questions about. So shoutout to Manny! They have a great team of workers at every attraction station, but that doesn’t mean leave your kid(s) unattended! It was very busy for a weekend but that was to be expected. It’s very easy to lose your child in the crowd of kids running around at this park. I did notice very long lines to get on some of the attractions, which is never fun for anyone I get it, but like I said the staff was as organized as they could be with a bunch of kids who didn’t have their parents around from what I seen and the lines… It did get hot overall in the park, I wish it was a little cooler especially on a day with so many people there, so keep your kids in comfortable lose clothing maybe even bring them in shorts on a busy day because they WILL sweat! This is my 2nd year in a row celebrating at an Urban Air (It was my first time in this new location) they did not disappoint I was very happy with the service they provided, I hope they keep it up!

I took my kids (ages 11, 8, 5) here for the first time last weekend and we had a blast! The variety of activities is impressive—a Warrior Course, Rock Wall, Ropes Course, Laser Tag, Battle Beam, and Spinning Bumper Cars just to name a few! My kids also loved the Tubes Playground, a space designed for children under 52". We would definitely look into having a birthday party here. The party setup looked well-organized and fun! The facility is spacious and clean, with friendly staff and a snack bar with plenty of seating. Highly recommended for families looking for an engaging and fun-filled indoor adventure!

We enjoyed spending 3 hours of our day here for the first time today! We bought a membership previously and signed waivers so check in was fast and easy! The membership pays for itself in just one trip of you being there so very worth it! Even though my five year old isn't 48 inches there was still plenty for him to do the trampolines dodge ball laser tag foam bit ninja warrior course with the balls arcade play area and rock walls we went first thing in the morning so the waits weren't very long either. The staff was all very nice/friendly and accommodating and willing to answer your questions or find the answer to your question we can't wait to come use our membership again!

Kids had a blast. My daughter is 48” on the dot One of the workers wouldn’t let her on the zip line ride but Chris the manager came and verified her height and let her on. He went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Excellent customer service from Chris. We will be back for sure
