Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

"Urban" more like ghetto. This place is so disorganized. A whole bunch of kids are working here and running this place. It's crazy, I didn't see one adult on staff. Wait time for food or snacks is ridiculous. Waited in line over an hour just to wait 15 more minutes to be attended and then 22 more minutes to get a nacho and a drink. Entirely too many off duty staff running in and out of the kitchen out of uniform. No one wears a hair net, the cooks beard is about a foot long also no hair net. One off duty staff member had hair down to her knees and was running in and out of the kitchen for no apparent reason. One female staff member ran around asking all the "urban" customers to fill out great review. She walked by me at least 20 times with the qr code on her clipboard and never not once asked me to do the same. I only saw her approaching African Americans. Paid over 100 dollars for 3 kids, honestly not worth it. Stay away during the weekend and definitely don't come too late. Nothing but disorder and chaos.

As a mother, I love bringing the children to this place where they have a great time. The pizza is super delicious and the wings are my weakness! If you want your children to have a super fun day, bring them to this magical place.

My experience here at urban air was unforgettable. Jaslene helped me at front desk. She had great customer service. She explained every attraction to me and was very communicative throughout my purchasing process. My friends and I had so much fun the establishment was clean and workers were friendly.

This place is awesome. The customer service is impeccable and the associates were very hospitable. We will definitely be back again to celebrate with them! LaTra’via was an amazing party host. Made us feel comfortable and welcomed. Thank you urban air!!

I came to bring my niece to celebrate her 10th birthday; we left within 45 minutes because the staff was not doing their job at all. Each station was empty, but all the workers were sitting down relaxing. When we asked why there was no worker tending, they said we had to go and grab someone. We went to grab said person, but they told us to go grab X, Y, and Z person. Moral of the story: we were doing loops to get people to do their job… Once we addressed the problem, they claimed we don't do refunds.... I honestly feel like nobody should pay for an activity that they have to do themselves... just lazy.
