We had so much fun on the Wabash Frisco & Pacific Railway! We went with four adults and two three-year-olds, and there was plenty of room. Make sure to check in as soon as you arrive, as they assign cars based on arrival time. Bringing headphones is a great idea because the steam engine can get loud. There were food trucks for coffee and lunch, which was convenient. They accept cards in the gift shop and allow you to bring diaper bags and snacks on the train, although space can be a little tight. Tickets sell out quickly, so set alarms and follow their Facebook page for updates. Highly recommend!

Riding the Wabash, Frisco, and Pacific Railroad was an unforgettable experience. The charming 12-inch gauge steam train takes you on a scenic two-mile round trip along the Meramec River. The scenery is beautiful, and the crew and volunteers are fantastic. I was lucky enough to see a double-header with two steam engines pulling our train! With a large collection of locomotives and rolling stock, including turntables and an engine house, this railway is impressive. It's a great experience for train enthusiasts and families alike.

Our family has been visiting the WF&P for thirty years! We started bringing our kids, and now we take our grandkids. It's a wonderful ride, and we make new memories every year. Our youngest son's love of trains started with these trips, and he's now a locomotive engineer! Thanks to the friendly staff for making this such a special place.

This was such an adorable experience for my two-year-old! The picnic tables nearby are a plus, and the 40-minute round trip was just the right length. It's a cute area, and we had a great time!

We discovered this gem on Instagram and are so glad we did! I got tickets for my husband for Father's Day. You purchase a cart for $20 that seats five people. They have open and enclosed cars, which is great if you have little ones. The ride was a bit shorter than we hoped, but they mentioned they're adding more track soon. We can't wait to make this a family tradition!

This railroad is proof that steam engines are not dead, they're still alive and well. This railroad is a fantastic experience and I really do enjoy it.
