Xtreme Jump Adventure Park

Didn't quite meet 4/5 stars experience. Overall, the place HAS SO MUCH POTENTIAL and price is fair but it seems the owners do not care about it much (looks neglected). There are so many safety hazards that should be taken care of and it also has so much that needs to cleaned. My toddler still enjoyed it but I do not think we will be coming back anytime soon, unfortunately. Hope the owners step it up and take pride in keeping their business well maintained.

Really love this place!!! Our 4 year old had so much fun!! It is clean and So much fun stuff and different activities. Price was good. We had the 3hour for $16 during special spring deals. Price of the food/snacks was good too. Lots of benches for parents to sit. Crews made sure every kid played safe. Special thanks to crew Susana Garcia, she kept helping the kids to have lots of fun!!!

We have visited this adventure park a few times from play dates to birthday parties! It has its pros/con. Early birthday parties for 8 year and under are great so your little ones won't get hurt. It just depends what your looking for since this play place is open to the public. Play dates are great however this place gets busy weekends and in the evenings. They have staff to control the area but mainly just the days they are busy.

Kids had a blast but soooooo over priced for just 2 kids 8 and 12 considering my oldest didn’t do much it was $100 bucks the lack of a good snack bar not double the cost of items they buy at Sam’s. Seating was great the cotton candy machine was cool. Staff on the floor was nice and helpful but lady who doesn’t know English at the front counter was rude AF I the fact she could not communicate in English they need to put someone who is bilingual at least at the front counter. She couldn’t answer not one question.

Booked for our party online, and added all the extras I needed online and used a code for the party. When we checked out they charged us more than $200 extra than what we were quoted online. And also charged us $25 per extra per kid, when online says $21. Neither of the “‘managers” cared or even were competent enough to understand what we were saying. They spent the whole time trying to prove us wrong instead of listening to what we were trying to explain about the charges we already had paid for. Would not recommend due to the “managers”. Sad because the girl who helped us with our party was very nice and kind. had they cared it would have been a better experience. But if those are the mangers running the place then I’m sure it’s going to fail at that location just like the other one did. Also want to add to their reply which is incorrect. Which is exactly why they are incompetent because I didn’t “expect” the pizzas at that price. That is exactly what I was quoted online and just because their system online gave me the wrong price doesn’t mean we should have been penalized for that. That’s your issue not mine.
