Xtremenasium Trampoline Park

we went as a birthday present for my little sister and while we all had a fun time and the all the activities were amazing. the same night we got back from there EVERYBODY in the house was wiped out sick. i myself ended up with covid not sure abt the other people so far. i’m not saying this is a bad place but they definitely should figure out a cleaner and more sanitized way to manage this place.

Everything about this place is 0 stars, but that wasn’t an option. The facility is filthy and poorly ran. The check in process is atrocious. I genuinely feel sorry for the staff. They are attempting to enforce ludicrous rules among customers that are impatiently waiting in a line (while the screens promises a quick process). The bathrooms were disgusting. There was either no toilet paper or the roll was on the floor. The dirt and grime is everywhere. Several attractions were broken or on the verge of it. The staff are inattentive and uninterested in any customer service. Find somewhere else and thank me later.

Place is not worth the money. Broken stuff everywhere, rude staff. Save your money and go to Trampoline parks in Louisville that are clean and functional. Included a photo of just 1 broken thing.

Went for my niece’s birthday. It was super crowded & had zero direction. If a emergency happened, we’d all be ☠️. There was so many kids running around and absolute chaos that our group didn’t get the time to do the obstacles before they asked us to “get out”. I was shocked! Our group came from KY for this nonsense, never again. This building isn’t size appropriate for what they’ve got going on. I wish I had photos, I was too worried about keeping tabs on my child than taking pictures.
