The employees are generally described as very attentive. However, one customer reported an extremely negative experience related to a policy regarding outside beverages. This customer, who was pregnant and had brought her own filtered water, was allegedly asked to open her cup, had it smelled by a male employee without consent, and was told by a female employee it was "policy." This incident was described as unsanitary and discriminatory, as it reportedly only applied to the pregnant customer's drink and not to other members of the party.

Promotional Information: AR's Putt N' Play is promoted as having a "Great Indoor Setup!" and offering the "Best Laser Tag & indoor putt putt around." This incident led the customer to state they would not return and deemed the policy "extremely discriminatory and unsanitary." Potential visitors may want to inquire about the current policies regarding outside food and drinks before visiting. For general inquiries or booking information, they can contact AR's Putt N' Play at (888) 999-9440 or +1 888-999-9440.

In conclusion, AR's Putt N' Play in La Marque, TX, as featured in our Theme Park Directory, offers a clean indoor facility with popular attractions like laser tag and indoor putt-putt. We were there over the weekend for a birthday party. My kids had a great time, but my experience was awful. I went to check in while my husband filled out safety waivers. I am 33 weeks pregnant, so I brought my own (filtered) water. I was informed no outside food or drinks were allowed. I explained that I am pregnant and breastfeeding. They asked me to open my cup, so I did. I was then told by a male employee he needed to smell my cup. I told him not to, but he did anyways (without permission or consent). I was then told by an older female employee that it was “policy.” Ironically, they didn’t stick their noses in my husband’s water, nor any of my kids’ cups. Why would mine be the only cup that was necessary to check? Not only is this extremely unsanitary, but this was also against my consent (NO means NO). I would have gladly poured a little into a separate cup for them to test however they’d like. I would have even preferred them refuse me entry into the building than have a stranger’s nose sniffing my water. Who knows what kind of germs were breathed back into my cup. I think it goes without saying that this was extremely disgusting. Only sniffing pregnant women’s water is a bizarre policy. Nobody else in the party had their outside beverages smelled or even looked at. Won’t be back. Your policy is extremely discriminatory and unsanitary.

I went with my fiance, who is a teacher, to the Teacher and City Worker Appreciation Night. It was a few days before they officially opened. We were able to do all of the attractions for free. We only had to pay for our arcade cards. When we got there, before entering, we scanned a QR code that took us to a website to digitally sign a waiver. When we came inside, they asked if we needed to sign the waiver, to which we responded, no, we just did it outside. But everything in the building was very clean, and the staff was very nice and professional. The lady, I didn't catch her name, told us how everything was set up. First, we tried Mini Golf, which was played under black lights, and everything was painted with fluorescent paint. I think that it was only a 13-hole course, but it was still very challenging and fun. Next, we did Laser Tag. But because there were only six of us, two being young children, we played free-for-all instead of teams. I won! Then, we did the XR Arena, which is a really cool immersive box where you play a video game. It's like Virtual Reality, without the headset. At the time we went, they had three games to choose from. You could shoot aliens or zombies, or they have a cooking game, but I'm not quite sure what it's like. We killed aliens and had a blast! Lastly, we did the arcade. They have a pretty big selection of arcade games. Not as many as Tex Fun & Social in Texas City by Gringo's, but they still had quite a few! We didn't have much time to play the arcade games because they were about to close. But the games we did play were fun. All in all, I would recommend that you stop in. It's a lot of fun and a really neat and immersive experience. It's like nothing else that I have ever experienced before.

Had a birthday party there today. Absolutely great service. Very affordable, attentive, clean, friendly and helpful. I was so very impressed with the GM and his management crew. The games were state of the art and so much fun. The all inclusive price is great. They made my sons birthday one he will remember for a long time.

Had my son's birthday here and it was awesome! Well run and maintained. There was a manager roving making sure everything ran smoothly. Kids that were too big were asked to leave the soft play area. Food was good. Party rooms are quiet and gorgeous. The virtual play rock wall and mini golf were super cool too. Very reasonably priced for what we got as well. We will go back.
