The whole process from point A to B was so smooth, my plans went exactly how i wanted, all my guests loved their experience here, staff were on point and helpful for my daughters birthday.

Disappointing Experience – Avoid This Place If I could give zero stars, I would. This place looked like a fun spot with go-karts, games, and a bar, but the reality was a complete disaster. First off, the service was incredibly slow—whether at the bar, the front desk, or the game area, it felt like the employees just didn’t care. My kids waited over 30 minutes for a drink just to be over passed and finally gave up. The go-karts? Total joke. Half of them weren’t working, and the ones that did barely moved. I came here for a fun, competitive experience, but instead, it was just frustration. Worst of all, the atmosphere was flat-out uncomfortable due to blatant racism from both staff and customers. It was obvious who got priority service and who didn’t. Comments and attitudes made it clear that certain people were not welcome, and management did nothing about it. As well as an older gentleman by himself waking around the entire place cussing. If you’re looking for a fun, inclusive place to enjoy go-karts and games, this is NOT it. Spend your money somewhere that actually deserves it. Would you like to adjust anything or add more details?

If I could give this half a star I would. The staff was insanely rude. This place is a great concept but the staff drives people away. Also.. if you’re going to run a deal then you need to make sure your staff honors the deal! Brought our family in a deal that was running on Saturdays, we came in during the time shown on their website and the staff said they don’t honor that deal. I would not recommend bringing your family here.

My family went back to see the updates since the ownership/name change to Lvl Up Fun! We had a great time and there was an amazing special going on for $29.95 that included unlimited everything- even the arcade games! We ordered a cheese pizza, mozzarella sticks, and chicken strips- all big in portions and tasted great!

Do not waste your money. Paid $140 for myself and one other person and half the stuff wasn't available. We were informed after we had paid that laser tag was only available for two people to play at a time. Some of the options that were advertised were no longer available at that location and we were not informed before hand. Over half of the arcade games were either broken or out of service. More than half of the games that did work took your credits and did not dispense tickets or the prize that was won. Very unorganized. Would not recommend.
