I wish I could give ZERO stars! I took my kids this past weekend (12/29) and was extremely disappointed again! The amount of machines that were Out of Order was ridiculous! There were 15 machines not working, some with signs, some that just took your money. Our last time there was in July and there were 12-13 machines Out of Order then. Every machine that was out of order in July was still out of order at the end of December! It is mind blowing to me that 5 (almost 6) months later none of the machines had been fixed or were broken again. All these machines that do not work and then the fact that admission went up since summer. Charging more but yet not maintaining any of the games is just poor business. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired as well. The girl working acted like we were bothering her when we told her a machine wasn’t working and even after being told of malfunction she didn’t mark the machine out of order. Getting tickets replenished on one of the few working games also seemed like an inconvenience to the workers. The seating area was disgusting dirty, especially the floor where you could hear your shoes peeling off the floor. There were also a bunch of unsupervised little kids (maybe 5 years old) begging for quarters, including 1 that just reached into my child’s cup and took quarters after my child said they couldn’t have any. We used to love this place but it has drastically gone downhill!

Watched a couple groups of kids beating up the machines and I let the staff know. Seeing as how more than half of their games are out of order, I figured they'd want to maybe stop the kids from breaking the remaining games they had left. After informing an employee, she thanked me and continued playing on her phone. I've had quite a few birthday parties here for my child over the years and have loved it, unfortunately, this place is seriously going downhill. 2 stars simply because my children still had fun. Definitely won't be back for a while.

When I went it was nice clean environment. The Customer Service was good there employees is friendly and helpful. Lamesha was very helpful, kind and energetic and polite. Her service was very helpful. Her attitude was always uplifting.

My son absolutely loves the bounce house! We do too! It's awesome that we can play with our son and enjoy interacting with him in an amazing atmosphere. He can roam free and we don't have to worry about him wondering off because he is always enjoying everything! We have been here twice and every time the staff has been amazing! They are nice, friendly, and helpful! We will continue going here until our son out grows it! Thanks for all that you guys do!

Had my son's 2nd Bday there in one of their party rooms Jan 22, 2023 & it was actually my 1st time there... my sister & mom had brought the kids a time or 2 but I'd never went with. Hafta say my 2 sons ( age 6 & 2 ) had a great time especially the BDay Boy. Since then my boys & i have been back to A-Town Bounce twice other birthdays we got invited to. One of the parties was their cousin's and her 1st time @ Bounce was for our party. She loved it & had so much fun that her dad booked her party WHILE AT OUR PARTY LOL. Great Family Oriented Place‼️‼️
