We always have such an exciting and fun time here!!! A bit pricy but to be expected with the way the economy is. They didn't have alot of help but they did very good at multi tasking due to not having enough employees. 🤩 My son had a blast and so did I!! SUPER FRIENDLY!! 👌

My family as well as my extended family went through something in January that we wished would have never happened. We lost one of our babies to a senseless act of violence. So we decided to go JUMP IT OUT! It was so much fun and it gave the kids a positive out to get out their frustrations. Thank you for being so accommodating and patient with our large group!!! We will be back soon!!

My kids love coming here but the staff does nothing to correct unsafe behaviors. I amnhere right now and watching a staff member apathetically watch half a dozen kids trying to leap into the foam pit on top of other kids. Its complete chaos due to the staff not taking any initiative. Staff spends more time shooting hoops that actually monitoring the goings on around them. Im watching a family of four walking out and discussing going to the boardman location only fifteen minutes after getting here because they didnt feel the environment was being managed safely. I watched older kids nearly land on this families young kids in the foam pit as staff watched with zero cares. There is a sign instructing all jumpers to follow instructions by the "flight crew" but staff has not given a single instruction to any jumpers in the 90 minutes I have been here. Things have gone down hill and I will be going to boardman from now on.

My 8yo boy was playing in the foam pit and I got a notification and I look back up and he's gone so I went to look around and next thing I know my 12yo is trying to pull a kid out who was burried head first in the foam pit so I run up there and it was my 8yo and he almost suffocated and none off the workers were up there they were to busy playing basketball and my 10yo and 12yo came home with a rash from the foam pit bc it wasn't there before hand and it's severely over priced don't waste your money.

The place is starting to get and look very run down and the prices keep getting higher...$17 an HR to jump now. There are far better trampoline parks out there. Also the staff just stands around and talks and plays. No watching of the kids and everyone just does as they want. My kids couldn't jump into the foam pit because kids were just jumping in all at once nearly landing on one another. Mine know you are suppose to stand in line and one at a time for safety. Also there are 3 basketball hoops. One has been broken and missing for over a year! At these prices you can't fix it? Only 3 basketballs to play with so good luck getting a hold of one of those and some of the dodge balls were deflated. Also broken and ridiculous toys in their claw machines and also the other quarter machines were mostly empty. We won't be returning to this location.
