BIG Best In Games

Great experience, definitely get the unlimited wristband.. it’s the best value for sure. Go Karts were our favorite and they had a very unique mini golf upstairs. Staff were all super friendly. Would suggest doing the 12-6pm time slot, was SUPER busy after that.

I had to edit my review The first visit was not great But we gave them a second chance after speaking with the owner And I tell you what this owner is one that cares about his business 100% IDK what he did but the second visit yesterday was a complete 180°from our first visit We had a blast the staff was attentive and professional the entertainment was so much better than the first visit all of the games and attractions were working perfectly We had food the first time and was not impressed BUT this visit was so much better we were checked on at 3 times during our visit to the restaurant inside which was great Our food came out hot fresh and fast and made perfectly We will definitely be back from now on I'm really impressed with how much the owner cares about his business and happy that we gave them a second shot as we all had so much fun

Free charging! That was unexpected. We pulled up and realized there were chargers for EV’s so we gave it a try. Only 1 worked but what ever it was free. You need a j1772 adapter and push the button on the side of the unit, check for the green light on the front and plug in. It’s a 40amp charger so pretty decent speed for a free unexpected charger. Other than that We had 5 people in our group and got the wristbands. Good value for the price. You can come and go all day long. All the workers were relaxed even though it was busy, which was nice. Never had to wait more than a couple minutes for a game either. Definitely recommend for the family or check out the 18 and up for a date night

I had an awesome time Friday night. I came here for date night and it was so many wonderful activities. We had an absolute great time being competitive and the all access passed covered so many different things. I was definitely surprised at the great menu options and our server Alycia was top notch. She was so attentive and friendly. She made us laugh the entire time and even asked us about our night when we ran into her later . My date & I both agreed that was the best service we’ve experienced in a long time. We will definitely be back.

I didn’t plan the perfect party. I just picked the perfect place. We hosted our small family-owned business holiday party at BIG (20–30 ppl), and it was hands-down the best decision we could’ve made. After years of doing the usual bowling alley thing, we wanted something fun, new, and memorable—and BIG delivered on every level. Full disclosure: I don’t write many reviews, and this one’s a bit overdue—but even now, just thinking back on the experience fills me with joy. As a business that lives and breathes service, we notice when something is done right. BIG didn’t just deliver—they nailed it. We booked a private room with banquet-style food that was way above your typical “event fare.” The space felt like a modern, upscale playground—three thoughtfully designed floors, with food, drinks, and impressive attractions all within reach. It reminded us of a luxury cruise ship packed with surprises around every corner, but without the chaos. Exciting, but still comfortable and easy to navigate. Since it was around the holidays, we were a little worried it might be too crowded, but we were pleasantly surprised. Yes, the place is BIG, but that turned out to be part of the magic. Despite the size, it was perfect for our group. We were worried people might scatter and it wouldn’t feel like a true group event… but we were wrong. The setup allowed for plenty of shared experiences like private group laser tag, axe throwing, and team go-kart races. (Side note: the go-karting is next-level. The track and speed are just different. I didn’t expect to love it—it was exhilarating.) It struck the perfect balance between structure and freedom. People could join in or just enjoy watching everyone else have fun. No pressure, no forced fun—just good energy and genuine excitement. The atmosphere strikes a perfect balance—nothing is too “kiddie” and nothing is overly “adult.” There’s something for everyone. Our group had a blast, and even my 60-something parents were crawling through the jungle gym! That’s how welcoming and energizing the space is. It pulls you in, brings out your inner kid, and makes it okay to just play. I didn’t have a drop of alcohol, and still walked out grinning like a kid who just rode every rollercoaster at Cedar Point—minus the sunburn and long drive. It’s clear a tremendous amount of thought went into curating the attractions. This isn’t just a mix of arcade games—everything feels handpicked, deliberate, and immersive. Even the prize area (which we didn’t use) stood out with high-quality items that made people stop and browse. The whole space feels considered, and it shows. A huge shoutout to Dana, who made the entire booking process feel effortless and personal—like we were his only priority, even though he clearly had plenty on his plate. He gave us his full attention, offered thoughtful, well-informed suggestions, and looked out for what would work best for our group. He was honest, calm, never rushed us, and made the whole thing feel more like a collaboration than a transaction. That kind of care speaks volumes about the leadership behind this place. We did our homework, and the fact that BIG’s prices were even comparable to some of the more basic, worn-out spots—or newer venues offering similar activities—was almost absurd, and honestly… laughable. If the distance gives you pause, let’s be real—you’ve probably burned more gas chasing a Chick-fil-A craving and trying to wedge an IKEA haul into your trunk. This? Took less effort and delivered way more. It’s the kind of event where everything just… works. And if you’re the one planning it, you know how rare that is. If you’re considering it, stop thinking and go. The photos don’t capture the experience. Book early—this place is a gem.
