DEFY Palm Bay

This was the best experience that we have ever had here. Justin was so knowledgeable, happy, joyful, caring, & respectful. This is hard to find now days. Please keep Justin around because this man has made our day just with the simple things that people don’t realize. He is the face of this place. I have been here at least 20 times. I stopped coming about a year ago. The staff was not equipped for children. I love all of the upgrades too!! Thank you Justin God Bless!

I absolutely love this place for my kiddo. The price is awesome, kids can jump around and they have massage chairs for parents and there's free WiFi. Can't get any better then that. They also do birthday party's

We were going to go before but after reading about how dirty it is there we put it off. But after a reply about it being addressed we decided to go (Wed Feb 05th) but I was disgusted with how dirty it is, when previous comments mention how bad the floor is you don't realise how bad until you get there. Also the dividers are all dirty and the foam cubes in the pits look like they've all been chewed on by something! Considering how the waiver goes on about social distancing etc so not to catch anything they should think about providing hover board's so we don't have to touch the floor. Also after going in the foam pit I had half a dozen bites over me. Now the good part, maybe because it is dirty but it was quite quiet so my 2 year old could enjoy. Oh and I'm not sure when the time starts, if it's every quarter of an hour but we only got 75 minutes before it was announced that our time was up! Overall it is expensive for what you get, especially for a 2 year old. I would suggest $10 for an hour would be a more reasonable price. Also I was told that it's currently rebranding so hopefully the issues will be resolved very soon.

Grand kids like this place and I like layout of it so that adults can watch kiddos. However, this place is so filthy, probably won't be going back.....floors very sticky and looks like hasn't been mopped for a year. Bathroom nasty too, I reported them while I was there but no one cleaned them up. Seemed like only teenagers running the place and have never seen a manager while there. I can not imagine when they actual play areas have been cleaned last. The foam cubes need replaced as well. Young grandson came home with a scratch on his jaw/neck which I didn't notice till in the car. So somewhere there is something sharp in a pit.
