So much fun! Our group was 4 adults and we had a blast. This was challenging, so don't complain if you have to work for the answers. I loved the set design, and wish that I could have examined it at leisure, but it took all of us to get the story sorted. Our guide was fun. I can't wait to go back when the story changes!

As soon as we enter it was an adventure. I loved it so much and so did my friends! We made it w only 5 mins left. It was so cool and creative! We all wanna go back asap. Oh I won’t take a star away for this but hearing the other people was a little bit of a damper. It was way too awesome to give a less of a rating though but just wanted to add maybe something can be done for that

Game was great, detailed, and the effects were very cool. The effect in the beginning didn't work and and one of the puzzle's buttons were sticking, causing us to take a lot of extra time to complete that step, despite having the correct answer. I would have appreciate 5 extra minutes or something like that to account for the technical error. We also didn't get any countdowns/alerts of the time left which would have been helpful. Overall a great experience but for the price, I would have appreciated a fully functioning game room and effects.

Group of 7 did the Mind’s Eye. VERY FUN with INVENTIVE PUZZLES! All of the tech worked great! It just needs a little more direction at the very beginning but once we got going we had an amazing time!!! This is my favorite escape room place and I’ve done 40+ around the world. The sets immersion and love of puzzles are not to be beat!!! Definitely asks more of its guests than your average run of the mill boring old escape rooms.

The atmosphere at the Imaginarium is excellent. The room itself was nice enough, but the overall experience was a letdown compared to some previous rooms I've done. Some of the puzzles just didn't work correctly. We had the correct solution for one puzzle and it wasn't working, while the game master kept giving us the same clue to the solution we had. He finally asked what we were entering and then told us that we might have to "jiggle" the puzzle to get it to work. We wasted several minutes on a defective puzzle. Then we had a second issue where the audio wasn't triggered properly, and the game master had to come into the room and fix it. For a location that hasn't been open that long, I would expect their sets to be better maintained and at the bare minimum funtional. As some others have mentioned, if there is another group in the other room at the same time, you can hear them clearly which is distracting. And, also as others have mentioned, they will not reveal any unsolved puzzles at the end. This is an attempt to get you to come back and do the room again, but nobody is going to waste their money on that, so it just left a bad taste in my mouth. As soon as our time ended they essentially shoved us out as quickly as possible with no interaction. Overall it was still a fun experience, but there are so many things that could be done so much better.
