Environment: Extreme Air is described as a clean, safe, and attractive facility, both in the jump area and the party spaces. The play area is designed to be easily monitored by parents while still being large enough to keep children engaged for a couple of hours. The overall environment appears to be well-organized for both general play and birthday celebrations.

Features: The primary feature of Extreme Air is its indoor trampoline park, offering a space for jumping and various related activities. While specific details about the attractions within the jump area are not provided, it is implied that there is enough to keep children busy. The venue also offers dedicated party spaces for hosting birthday celebrations.

Services: Extreme Air is praised by some for its helpful, friendly, and professional staff, particularly in the context of birthday parties. They reportedly handle all aspects of setup and serving, allowing parents to relax and enjoy the event. However, other customer experiences indicate potential issues with staff communication and customer service, specifically regarding the park's sock policy. One reviewer recounted a negative experience where they were initially told their own trampoline socks were acceptable but were later confronted by other staff and a manager, leading to a disrespectful interaction and a negative first impression.

Promotional Information: Extreme Air Indoor Trampoline Park is promoted as an excellent choice for kids' birthday parties, offering a clean, safe, and organized environment with helpful and friendly staff who manage all party-related tasks. The play area is highlighted as being the right size for both supervision and fun. This suggests a stress-free and enjoyable party experience. However, potential visitors should be aware of a reported inconsistency in the enforcement of the park's sock policy and instances of disrespectful customer service. Local users considering Extreme Air for general play or birthday parties may want to inquire specifically about their sock requirements beforehand to avoid potential issues. While many aspects of the facility and party services are praised, the negative customer service experience reported by one visitor should be taken into consideration.

Between our two kids, we have hosted dozens of birthday parties at many locations. Extreme Air is the best birthday experience we've had. The jump area and party space are clean, safe, attractive, and organized. The play area is small enough that you can easily keep an eye on your kids, but large enough to keep them busy for a couple of hours. And most of all, the staff is helpful, friendly, and professional. They handle everything involved in set up and serving, so you can relax and enjoy your party!

we went to go have a sunday funday with the family. I had told the lady in the register i had my own trampoline socks and she said that’s fine , mind you she didn’t bother to ask what brand or to even see my socks?. 40 minutes passed all the workers started attacking saying i can’t have those socks but it wasn’t an issue for one of the worker when he peeped his head in the dodgeball court. there was no issue for the 40 minutes of me jumping, then when we had 10 minutes to jump the manager came and told me i had to purchase their socks and i can’t jump we paid over $60.he was disrespectful about it he wasn’t kind about it. i had told them i wasn’t jumping in then i’m just watching my toddler, the remaining time we were there we were just getting mean ugly looks from the workers, mind you every kid was having fun with us playing dodge ball respectfully, but these miserable workers clearly were the issue. i’m a manager myself, so i was just shocked how he had handled it calling us liars and not believing us when we told him his employee in the front told me i was fine to go.it was our FIRST time here and it will for sure be our last time. do better. update: 1 we have no reason to lie. 2 YOUR employee failed to ask any sort of questions about my socks. & 3 like i said it was OUR first time. just admit your staff lied and failed to do there job.

We had a lot of fun, and it was very clean and welcoming! The only thing I didn’t like was the staff in charge of watching everyone wasn’t doing their jobs. We were all trying to jump and flip in our little squares and kids were running back and forth across the entire gym cutting infront of everyone and getting kicked when people were flipping. Staff saw and did nothing to make the kids stop. All the we’re doing is pacing back and forth touching the ‘checkpoints’ they had to hit to show they were walking back and forth. It made it not as fun since I had to be more specially aware of kids jumping on the same trampoline I was on. Even though there was a sign that said NOT to run/jump across trampolines to avoid getting hurt. Staff needs to be more aware and actually do their jobs.

This is a super clean and very well maintained jump park. This blows Fun City out of the water in terms of quality and atmosphere. It looks rough from the outside, but don't be deceived. The party rooms, parents perch, and bathrooms totally make up for its lack in overall size. This is truly a breath of fresh air and hope this place expands in the future.

I was very happy with our visit to Extreme Air. The place is clean and well maintained. They have plenty of parking, and was easy to find. The staff was very nice and welcoming. My son is on the spectrum for autism. They told us if they needed to dim the lights, or turn down the music to just let them know. We had a lot of fun. I would definitely recommend this place to families of children with special needs. It was a great environment for me and my son to just let loose and jump around lol. We will definitely be going back soon, very soon. It would be cool if there was a yearly membership we could commit to with this park. They just show care in areas that are lacking in a lot of places. Not just the fact that there is a discount for my son, but that they care enough to ask if we need the lights dimmed or the music turned down. That was huge for me, and the reason I will continue to go back and also recommend Extreme Air to everyone I know.
