Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

This was a very… interesting experience. Barely any staff, and the ones that were there were walking around doing practically nothing. Several things were closed and it was very dirty and not maintained, there were stains, trash everywhere and lint from others clothes all on the trampolines and mat. There were holes in the walls and balls of disgusting lint and dirt everywhere. There was trash all over the floor that was not picked up during the 3 hours we were there. One of the machines was broken!? There was missing pieces on the machine and no one was there to fix it and the attraction wasn’t even closed off. The zipline and obstacle course only had one worker, putting all the harnesses on and having to go up to connect them to the zipline, and we had to wait around 20 minutes just to wait another 5 to actually use the zipline. Lastly I would like to say that there was a mess up soap and paper towels in the bathroom. Would not recommend, there are better places out there.

AMAZING place! We got the pass and I DO NOT regret it, they have: trampolines, an amazing laser tag(with arena), Obstacle courses, HIGH bounce trampolines(I’m not joking, they are CRAZY), and climbing walls, and free pizza, and popcorn. Ps they also have gluten free pizza

Had a birthday party for my daughter here. Over all, it was a great experience, most of the staff was friendly and helpful, they have a large number of different types of attractions which was a nice for th kids. There was quite a bit of a wait at attractions that required assistance (harnesses for climbing) once the crowds started to build, so i recommend going early if those are important to you.

My family had the best night there! We got there and it was quiet, not too packed but clearly families having fun. My kids raced for the bounce area and loved the dodgeball, mega bounce section, and giant air bag. They had a total blast playing laser tag as well, which was in a huge concourse area. They even have VR to explore! I will definitely be going back regularly! The owner Chidi is such a nice, businessperson and family man too, definitely a place I trust and like!

I was invited here for a birthday party. Bumper cars, the zip line and the attractions were super fun!! I had a blast with my friends and the place was pretty clean! My main concern was about the staff actually caring. I don’t know why about half of them look depressing like they don’t wanna even work here. One was kicking us out of the ball pit for no reason! We were lining up for laser tag And told a staff member we would come back and then there was a line with another family. A parent told us not to go in and tried to lecture my friend ON HER BIRTHDAY PARTY. The worker didn’t even step into the issue to the fact that a GROWN ADULT was nasty talking to a MINOR and instead yelled at a little boy that looked like 5-7 years old so I couldn’t even do the activity! I somewhat recommend this place. Just saying that the workers don’t care about you or how you’re enjoying your experience! 🤦‍♀️
