I went here and loved the splash pad and pools but the dead cicadas everywhere was not enjoyable. I could see kids actively avoiding certain parts of the pad because of the bodies. I think it would have been nice to have someone come out every so often to sweep away the piles in the water. My nephew didn't want to go down the slide because of them and didn't really play in the water which he normally loves to do.

A few dollars for access to indoor/outdoor pool and splash park, plus it saves me about $80,000 dollars from having to build and maintain my own, yes please.
