The kids had fun, but Urban Air is definitely not like it is advertised. This is not a trampoline park. They only have 1 large trampoline area for kids to jump. The other is for dodgeball, basketball or ropes course. I hardly saw any staff walking around. It was mainly parents. It was a bit expensive, but I was more turned off by the fact you had to buy socks. Customers should be able to bring their own to jump. They offered food, candy, and drinks for purchase, which was pretty good considering it is just an amusement place. It wasn't a horrible experience, but I was disappointed a bit. Kids had fun so I guess that's what counts.

AMAZING PLACE!!!!!! It's very very fun!!! The kids absolutely loved it. It's pretty cheap. Memberships are a plus. The area looked clean. Restrooms could've used a little more attention but overall not too bad. Pizza was pretty good and the cost is pretty reasonable. If your child has energy they need to burn this is the place to bring em too!!! Also, tell the staff to smile more lol...there were many that looked like they did not want to be at work!! You're here, might as well smile!

Best jump park in Nashville! Perfect for those who live in WilCo, south Nashville, or Maury Co. Safe, clean, and courteous staff. We have had a kids' membership for years, and we haven't had one bad experience for us or others. Check out Urban Air!

My 3.5 year old had a great time on all the activities he was able to play on, which is surprising a lot. The entry prices for both him and myself were extremely reasonable. It was pretty busy this day and there weren’t any available tables or seats. We ended up getting a locker. Primary reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because my son wanted some water (kids are obviously running around and dehydration could come into play), but the wouldn’t give him a cup a water even though they had a fountain machine that dispensed water; they made us buy a bottle of water. Considering this is part of Unleashed Brands and given their focus on safety, I’m surprised and was disappointed by this.

This place was fun - but it could be so much better. We were at a table - the place was packed - and staff made us move bc of a birthday party - even suggesting that we go upstairs into one of the party rooms. Wait - why isn't the party in the party room? So instead we hovered around another family as they were packing up so we could steal their seats. The food options are pretty awful - they could greatly benefit from offering some healthier options. Also I was able to purchase the highest ticket price item for my kid - even though it turned out he was too short to do some of the things.
