Fun max has been around for about a year or 2 and we have been a few times mostly for birthday parties. The parties have been cool the kids have a great time. The parties aren’t much different than any other indoor park type location. Hour play and 45 mins room time for pizza and cake. We have mostly been early hours. Last week was the first time we got invited to a 6pm “after dark” party. The lights go out and it becomes like a glow in the dark theme. If you have kids under 10 I think you should go during the early hours. It’s pretty dark there’s way more people and older kids where it gets pretty busy and “fast paced”. Think earlier hours are “safer” for younger kids. Bathrooms need a little more attention no matter the time of day. Floor was very wet and you would see kids walking right in with the play socks. Front bathrooms were out of order. Garbage can by the front desk was over flowing and all over the floor. They need a dedicated floater for these things during the busy hours. Something that’s a little annoying and at no fault of the establishment is people double park in front and block traffic. They park facing the opposite way. Some park one both lanes not allowing traffic to flow easily. All the handicap spots are right there so people need to get through to park. There’s not property security and I’m guessing it’s not really the establishments job to go out and direct traffic but an email or even social media post would be smart so people can be aware of this. They sell little like candy and snacks. There’s a dipping dots machine and soda machine. They don’t have a little hot food station like some places that sell pizza and chicken fingers. But best to let the kids work an appetite up and go somewhere after where the food would prob be better quality. In all cool place to let the kids burn an hour or so.

I went on a Sunday evening, this was my first time coming here. The place was very clean aside from the bathrooms which is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5. It was fairly empty which I loved because my kids had more room to play. The place is very big and I didn’t expect it to have so much stuff inside. There’s literally things for all age groups which I thought was nice because now all my kids can play. They have a lot of seating areas for parents and even have a whole section of massage chairs which is nice. There’s also sections to sit down and eat for both kids and adults. This is my new go to spot. And the price is unbeatable in comparison to other bounce and play areas around.

Fun, fun, fun. Crowded and loud, in a great way. Some brightly lit areas. Trampolines, lots of climbing, swinging, a toddler area that may needs a lil tlc. Heads up, may not be for sensory sensitive kids during busier times, like school closed holidays or weekends. Kids are free to be themselves, so it gets loud. Our twins love it. So much fun! Bday package is very fair and includes a golden ticket for one free hour daily for the rest of the bday month! Our hostess was super helpful and nice 🤩💕👍🏽

I was dreading bringing my kids here but it turned out to be great. My kids had a blast, I had fun throwing them into the foam pits, and the time flew by. I originally thought 2 hours was too much time but we wanted more time by the end. It didn't feel grimy like a Chuck e cheese would have been. It's also considerably larger than I thought with a great spread of activities for all ages. I went with a 3 year old and 17 month old and they both had appropriate things for them. We plan to go back, was a good time

My family and I attended funmax only 2 days into opening, and it was Incredible!! My two toddlers were in awe of it as were we their parents. However just over 6 months in, I'm so sad to say that where I would have given this place a 5 stars now I give it a 1. I'm not one to write reviews but after frequently attending this establishment with my kids the quality has dropped significantly. Our county needs something like this, abd it's long overdue, and because of that, please funmax up your standards!! Your workers either need to be better trained or again you need to have better standards especially after today's visit. I attended on a Friday afternoon with my two children and their grandparents, upon walking in the door they were used Band-Aids on the floor. The main ball pit area looks like the floors could use a mop and the balls laying all over the place could have been clearly picked back up and put in the ball pit. However, the worker just sat there on his phone the entire time not paying attention to anything. The inflatables in the ball pit were sitting deflated. Kids were climbing in the obstacle course area where it was clearly roped off and kids were climbing The high-rise without any gear on whatsoever. Again, while the worker sat there on his phone. I took my children to the bathroom and they tried to wash their hands. There was no soap in any container, as there was also no hand sanitizer and at least four out of five of the dispensers. This was unreal. So I had to finally go ask somebody at the front desk to please refill the dispensers so I could wash their hands. The list of problems goes on, again 2 days into this place opening. It was immaculate. The little toddler zone where it clearly says ages 4 and under, older kids have clearly trashed it. Foam bricks are busted. There is nothing left in the kitchen and supermarket area as there was in the beginning. Even the kitchen set is busted so bad that if a child was to lean on it the whole thing is going to collapse as there is wood pieces missing on it. The floor is buckling on the toddler section and there are bottle caps and garbage laying around. All of which are choking hazards. And to see older kids coming in and trashing the place while parents sit there is ridiculous. Only to ask the front desk. Why isn't somebody watching it? Oh, The attendant watching the zip line two stories up is actually the one supposed to be watching it. That is ridiculous to think that they can monitor two sections at the same time, both with different sets of kids. And I would also like to add that the workers in that section are also just sitting around on their phones lounging around and sneezing into the open air, not even trying to cover their mouth! My 4-year-old knows how to do that better than that teenage worker!! I'm supplying photos just to show the small problems. But clearly either the standards need to be upped or you need to train your workers or something because the place has become filthy, and has severely gone downhill and quite frankly our residents deserve to have a place like this to go with our kids with the quality of entertainment, but with the lack of cleanliness and workers that actually work instead of lounge around. In my younger years before I left a job, we were told to clean up every part of a job... I don't see any reason why the workers who were sitting around on their phones can't do this to every section and do a quick cleanup, either during the quiet times or before the place closes down for the night?? My children love this place but I'm sad to say I'm not sure if I'll be back, unless some major improvements can be made 😢
