Overall, it was a great time. No refills on soda (doesn't matter the size/pitcher), and there are hardly any 2 ticket games, so if your card gets that low, you have to add tokens or choose a game designed for a young child. But my kids had fun and I'm sure we'll be back.

Taron: Very Nice Guy! very helpful person to have working in this facility. Taron went out of his way to be inviting and had a courteous attitude! Definitely a great experience here at Grand Slam!

We were there this past Saturday, January 11 around 5 PM. My young nephew asked me to go play golf with him. As we worked our way down the slots,, huge Asian family with confrontational teens started acting like all of the space was their own personal property. Started bullying my nephew and his friend. Telling us what to do. The adults in this family were just watching these kids mean mug and talk negatively to us. I was not in the mood to fight and argue with strangers, so our golf experience was cut short. I know this is not reflective of the company, Maybe posting rules and having staff to monitor as a mediator will help. As the adult, I was kind. I will not be back here.

This was a really fun place. We went for a friend's birthday but I definitely plan on bringing my kids back for a fun day! The price is worth the adventure in my opinion

THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED. This place is sick, flat out, it has everything you could want for younger kids. We have been multiple times and just hosted a birthday party here. The staff is super helpful and they were prompt helping with refills and everything we needed during the party. It’s a big place but we’ll laid out so when you have 15 kids running around it’s not too difficult to keep track of them. All the kids wore themselves out playing laser tag which was the consensus favorite. Bumper cars were a hit for the younger ones in the group and the playzone area was a blast even if it smelled horribly like sweaty a** kids. Mini golf is set up so that it suits all ages perfectly and is still fun to do as an adult. The arcade gets expensive if you want to spend a decent amount of time in there but that’s to be expected, the games they have are great and we have dumped more money than I’d care to admit into the Halo game. No kids left unsatisfied and as hosts of the party we couldn’t ask for a better experience.
