Southern metro needed this. My kids had a good time. Single time price is a bit high so we signed up for the membership. It’s wide open and clean and like I said very needed. We recommend it for kids who need to burn off some energy.

Rules for some, not for others. My son wanted to go to the ropes course. He was just barely under the 48" height mark but we noticed they let a couple kids shorter than him through regardless, so we stood in line. The girl in front of my son was measured and the attendants said something I couldn't hear but let her through. She was clearly 1-2" shorter than my kid. When it was our turn, they measured him and told him no. I understand rules are rules but if rules aren't enforced consistently situations like this happen. Can you imagine how that made a seven year old feel? Absolutely awful. I briefly spoke to who I assume is a manager and let him know the situation and we left right afterwards. I'm not asking anyone to break the rules and I would understand if they would have said no to the other kids in line as well, I'm sure a seven year old would understand as well. You need to consistently enforce the rules. You cannot allow exceptions for some and not others. We are members, have been waiting nearly a year for this place to open. When/if we come back I hope we have a better experience than this. Front desk staff was amazing and friendly and the park was very cool. Had a great time other than the end of our visit.

My kids had a blast! All of the staff was so kind. The climbing play area is a bit small. Feel it’s best for kids 41”+ as the ninja course and rock climbing is SO fun! Clean and lots of tables.

It was okay, was expecting a bit more than things lined up a wall in a warehouse. Definitely wore the kids out though. Good for rain days but overall, eh. Not what I’ve seen in advertising. Also, VERY hard to hear workers and half the time they enforced rules with some of the kids and not the others. For how long this is been in the works I expected more I guess, it just seemed half a$$ed.
