Based on recent customer reviews, experiences at Gravady trampoline park appear to be mixed. One former customer expressed dissatisfaction with a perceived shift towards corporate practices, citing issues such as the refusal to honor Groupon tickets sold under their name, a mandatory purchase of new socks even if jump socks are already owned, difficulty in canceling memberships, and a general sense of disengaged employees leading to slow service. This reviewer concluded that the experience was not worth the cost.

Another visitor, who visited on a busy Saturday afternoon, reported a full parking lot with some overflow parking available across the street. Their initial impression of the facility was negative, using the term "ghetto" to describe it. They noted unpleasant odors of dirty feet/laundry and popcorn, general uncleanliness including trash and spilled liquids, dirty tables, and a very crowded environment. Despite this, they stayed briefly to allow their children to burn energy. They observed issues with older children dominating certain areas and a lack of staff supervision in trampoline sections that reportedly required it. The majority of the staff were described as teenagers who seemed uninterested. The cost for a 90-minute jump pass was $26 per child, plus an additional $4 per person for mandatory sticky socks. A waiver is also required before purchasing a pass. This visitor also mentioned seeing people recording on Facebook Live and stated they would not be returning.

Environment: The environment is described by one reviewer as initially smelling of dirty feet/laundry and popcorn, being dirty with trash and spills, and very crowded on a Saturday afternoon. Another reviewer did not comment on the environment but alluded to a change in the park's operational ethos.

Services: The primary service is providing access to a trampoline park for recreational jumping. They offer 90-minute jump passes at a stated price of $26 per child. Sticky socks are mandatory and cost an additional $4 per person. A waiver must be completed before purchasing any pass. Membership options are available, though cancellation is reportedly difficult. Concessions are also available, as evidenced by the smell of popcorn. One review mentioned a lack of adequate staff supervision in areas where it was needed.

Features: Features include a large trampoline area, though specific details about the attractions within are limited. The park has party areas, as it is listed under "Theme Park Directory," which often includes venues for group events. However, recent reviews highlight negative features such as mandatory sock purchases, potential issues with honoring promotional tickets (Groupon), difficulties in membership cancellation, a lack of perceived value for money, cleanliness concerns, overcrowding, and a lack of engaged staff supervision.

Used to be a decent place. They’ve become corporate and $ driven. They don’t honor the groupon tickets sold in their name. They force you to buy new socks even if you have jump socks already. They make it easy to sign up for memberships but difficult to cancel them. Also, the employees seem to be a little “checked out”. Service is slow. Not worth it imo.

Showed up on a busy Saturday afternoon. Parking lot was full but there’s some parking spots across the street, behind the post office. It’s a big warehouse style building with a banner over the front door that reads “SkyZone coming soon”. First impression as soon as you walk in.. this place is ghetto.. it’s smelled like dirty feet/laundry and popcorn, it was dirty, trash everywhere, spilled liquids, dirty tables, and super packed (I understand it’s was a busy Saturday afternoon). We only stayed to give it a chance so our kids could burn off some energy.. which they did but they still had a few issues with the older kids trying to claim “their space” by sitting on certain things. We paid $26/kid for a 90-minute pass plus $4/pair of sticky socks that’s required for each person jumping. You also must complete a waiver before you purchase any pass. A few trampoline sections required staff supervision and there was not one staff member there or anywhere near but was still being used by little kids and teenagers. Most of the older kids that were there, were just loitering around, standing or blocking sections and on their phones. About 95% of the staff members are teenagers and you can tell they have zero interest in anything going on. I get it, they’re teenagers but still. There was even a few people walking around on Facebook Live and just recording. I wish I would have taken more photos but I didn’t want to post other kids on here. We definitely won’t be returning.

While this place is fun in itself there are so many flaws. Very unorganized, so many attractions unavailable because all the employees are hiding near the gymnastics trampoline instead of working. The slides were open and I got injured because there was a child on the air mat where i landed on top of him. It could have been easily avoided if they had a worker at the bottom of the slide to keep kids off of the landing mat, or if the parents were watching their kid but instead we both got injured. The worker looked uninterested when i told him what happened. This place is chaotic, when it was Gravady it was so much better. Don’t think i’ll ever be going back.

I went here with our 10 year old and 2 year old and everyone had a great time! My husband and daughter loved the big slide, which I read some reviews of people getting burns but I can only see that happening if you don't use the riding mats. Some of the foam and equipment could be updated, but overall it was still in good shape like when we were there years ago. 90 minutes is perfect!
