Environment: Kids Quest at Santa Fe Station appears to be an arcade or family entertainment center offering various games. One long-term customer mentioned loading money onto a play card to enjoy these games. However, specific details about the overall environment are not extensively described.

Services: The primary service seems to be providing access to arcade games that operate on a credit system purchased via a play card. Bonus credits are offered for loading larger amounts onto the card. Based on one review, staff members have historically been willing to reset malfunctioning machines to allow continued gameplay. However, recent experiences indicate potential issues with customer service, particularly regarding malfunctioning games and credit refunds. Another review suggests they may also offer childcare services, as indicated by a customer dropping off their child.

Features: A notable feature is the play card system with bonus credits for larger deposits. Some games are reportedly enjoyable, despite occasionally encountering error codes. Historically, the staff has been helpful in resolving these technical issues. However, recent negative experiences highlight potential issues with unhelpful and rude staff, mishandling of malfunctioning machines, and a lack of attention to children within the facility who require assistance. One review strongly advises against bringing children here due to alleged neglect of kids needing help inside.

My son and I have been coming here for the past 6 years, each time we load $60 on to the play card. That transfers into 6000 credits and spending this amount it gives an additional 700 bonus credits. We almost always end up adding additional money to the card, because we really enjoy a couple of the games. One of the games we enjoy is notorious for giving an error code during gameplay, and as it's annoying sometimes, every time this happens the staff has been more than happy to come reset machine which resumes the gameplay at the exact place it stopped.. None if this affects the Awesome time my son and I have had here. THAT being said... we went there this last Sunday, loaded our money, and swiped our play card, the machine my son was on worked just fine, I then swiped on mine, and it took 400 credits like normal, and I did it 1 more time to increase to 800 credits, and the error message appeared. I went to the desk and waited patiently for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me, which is completely fine because I know they are taking care of children as well. When girl came over to help, she seemed overly annoyed that I needed help. I explained exactly what had happened, and she rolled her eyes at me and told me it's impossible for the machine to take credits from the card when there's an error.. Makes sense, but the error didn't pop up until the 2nd swipe, holding the first and now the second deposit hostage. This girl stood there for the next 5 minutes telling me the same thing until she asked for the card to see if i had added any credits to the game. She see that I have and tells me that i had to have played these credits, and they don't refund credits that have already been played. By this point I'm starting to get annoyed, mind you I'm here to spend time with my son, and after paying all that money I'm just standing here trying to get help. I'm completely frustrated with her telling me she won't be giving me back the credits the machine stole from me that I ask for the manager. The manager comes over and they immediately turn there backs to me, but I can hear the girl tell her manager that I'm stupid, and trying to get free games. The manager rudely turns around and says sir, I'll credit you back 400 credits, and I shouldn't even do that.. by this point I'm over it, and I just want to spend time with my kid, so I go back to the arcade. Then after playing a few more games another error message came up.. I see there's a completely different girl at the counter, and as I walk up the first girl sees me and walks up to the other and says ugh.. this guy is only trying to get free money I can't even deal with his crap.. Seriously wtf.. I've now been here for 45 min, and spent 35 of those arguing about only getting what I PAID for. The new girl seemed nice and helpful, but after hearing that crap, I just said screw the $10 bucks and we left. I'm So glad that all the station casinos have kids quest cause I still have $30 on the play card, and we will Never go back to that location ever again. Kinda funny how this girl ruined 6 years of great service, and for what?

DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE! I dropped off my child and came back a little over an hour later to find my child in tears. My child had been waiting for 40 mins. to get help from an adult. My child said the adults spent all their time helping people at the desk and not helping kids who were already inside. My child is 6 years old! KIDS COME FIRST!

Encountered horrible racist employee. Parents of color, your kids are not safe under the supervision of these people! The company will blame YOUR child for their negligence. Expect other kids to assault your child and staff won’t reprimand the initiator but they will reprimand your child for defending themselves. Staff (footage retained) insult your child, lie, and try to deflect their poor service instead of being accountable. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Don’t waste your peace, money or time.

My kids do not want to return here for several reasons. I filled out the survey that I was sent to my email from quest and there was not an option to write my concerns . So I suggest you add that to your survey. Only a bunch of star ratings on different areas. My children range from 2-11 1. Most importantly safety - my child explained to me there was a broken pathway at the top of the playground where kids walk through to get to another side of the playground. (V shape pathway) The way I understand it is the straps holding that in place were completely broke. All the kids were running through there and jumping so it's just a matter of time for that thing to snap off. 2. Cleanliness also can be a safety issue: Liquid on the floor that looked like vomit. When my child made one of the workers aware , she kept walking and just said "eh". I mean yes kids play places are full of icky germs etc but this come on! 3. The computers located in the game room do not work. Out of the 4 present only 1 works. 4. No phones allowed 🤔 Even school allows a phone to be in contact with parents for any emergency. That was a concern of mine since I wasn't sure how my kids will be doing or if they wanted to leave . You can always keep coming back here and checking on them I assume. This 5th complain has nothing to do with the facility - that night at least , kids were really rude and disrespectful -> my child told me one of the kids threw food to one of the workers 🤦🏻‍♀️ Parents are doing a terrible job raising there kids no brainer there but I will suggest to the facility when something like this happens to call the parent to pick up there child. How is this acceptable? I preregistered at home. When I arrived there the person was very quick to help and there was not really a line. *for kids quest- I see you want everyone to reach to the 1800 # - I will let you know before you go reply to my review- I will not reach out to that # . I suggest you review the above concerns and address them in this location. If you have further questions for me then please state that in your reply and I will call the # provided.

We called when we were loading the car to come in and drop off our 14 month old- to make sure there was availability. They told us there was- and that they would see us soon. 20 minutes later when we got there- they told us there was no longer available an available slot. They do not take reservations- even call aheads. This makes it almost impossible to ensure a secure spot for our child- and it was a waste of 40+ minutes of driving there and back, getting him ready, movie tickets we had to purchase in advanced due to seat assignments, and going there just to be turned away. To top it off- the employee was far from apologetic- she had an attitude of “these are the rules, and you are out of luck”. Very disappointed.
