Located at 165 Airport Rd, Rexburg, ID 83440, USA, Gravity Factory offers a variety of activities beyond just trampolines, including dodgeball, a ninja warrior course, a rock wall, a swing, and a jumping platform. They also provide fun exercise classes and have facilities like couches for downtime, party rooms, easy-to-access bathrooms, and a snack bar. Environment: Gravity Factory is praised for having "SO MUCH TO DO," including basketball, dodgeball, a climbing wall, extra springy and long trampolines, and other activities. It's considered a really fun place to go, no matter your age. The facility also offers amenities like couches for relaxation and party rooms for events. However, some customers have noted that the facility is starting to show wear and tear and could benefit from updates on some overly worn activities. Additionally, during peak hours (around 6:00 - 8:00 PM), the main jumping area can feel cramped due to the high number of customers.

Services: Gravity Factory offers a diverse range of activities suitable for various interests and fitness levels. Beyond the jumping areas, they provide dodgeball and basketball courts, a rock climbing wall, a ninja warrior course, and a swing. They also offer fun exercise classes. For regular visitors, a monthly membership is available for $60, which is considered a great value. The facility also includes party rooms for hosting events and a snack bar for refreshments.

Features: A significant feature of Gravity Factory is the sheer variety of activities available, ensuring there's something for everyone. The availability of a monthly membership offers cost savings for frequent visitors. However, a notable requirement is the purchase of their specific socks for jumping, which are inexpensive and reusable but have been described as uncomfortable and slippery. Another point to consider is potential crowding during peak evening hours. While generally well-regarded, some customers have experienced occasional waits at the front desk due to staffing levels.

This is our favorite jumping place in East Idaho. So many activities for all skill levels. Dodge ball, ninja warrior course, rock wall, swing, jumping platform, and more. They also offer fun exercise classes Plenty of couches for down time and party rooms. Easy to access bathrooms and a snack bar. The facility is starting to show lots of wear and tear. They need to do some updates on a few overly worn activities.

Pros: -SO MUCH TO DO. They've got basketball, dodgeball, a climbing wall, extra springy trampolines, long trampolines, and more stuff I probably forgot about. -Monthly membership ($60) is great if you come here regularly enough Cons: -You need to buy their socks to jump. They're inexpensive and reusable, and I can see why they're a requirement, but they're uncomfortable and slip easily on trampolines. -On any given day from about 6:00 - 8:00, there are so many customers that it feels cramped. They could really do with an expansion to the main jumping area. -Occasionally I'll show up and need to wait at the front desk for an employee to notice I'm there. It's not particularly often, but it happens often enough to notice and is kind of annoying. I'd like to state that I'd REALLY like to give this place 5 stars but there are too many minor cons holding it back. It's still a really fun place to go no matter your age and I would recommend it to anyone.

My kids love this place. It’s so fun. It’s a nice facility. Clean, well kept and the employees are nice. It’s a little overpriced, but we like it. I honestly wish there were more indoor play options available in our area with how long our winters are.

Gravity Factory is at its core is a trampoline Park. It offers a variety of different obstacles, challenges and ways to become immersed with the idea that it's a trampoline park, and it comes closely to keeping that ideal intact. This is a place for kids, through and through, this is not a hang-time or jump on it, but it follows closely in that same formula of 'trampoline park.' Most of the attractions represent that, with the exception of the three obstacle 'Ninja Warrior' course. There's a dodgeball, basketball, open trampoline area, diving board, rock wall, and a couple of other minor things. It's pretty good overall, definitely some fun aspects but falls short in some concerning ways. The foam that is used to "soften the blow" of the landings into the different foam pits are at their best 'falling apart' unfortunately at this current time of writing. On a sanitary level of the facility, yes let's let the imagination explore that, but not dwell for too long... The foam unfortunately was not padded very well, and there were repeat bottoming out moments where flesh hit bare metal... That kind of ruined the experience unfortunately early on. Be aware that you will need to purchase their in-house socks, which come out to $3 a pop. The check-in process is simple, be sure to thoroughly read the waiver, you are basically signing all of your rights away in the documentation. You pay for the trampoline park experience by the hour. With each additional hour being about half of what you originally paid. Outright it's just expensive for what it is, not really worth it unless you are bringing kids or hosting a party (look at more reviews for that). As mentioned previously, I do have some concerns for the foam although the rest of the facility appeared to be cleaned well, and up to standard. With that being said, I just can't endorse or recommend this facility beyond it being the only of it's kind in the Rexburg City Area.

If I could give 0 stars I would. First of all, the staff weren't paying attention to the jump floor at all. There were no depth marks on the foam pit, so we had no idea where the floor was in the bottom of the pit. Turns out it was only about 3 feet deep! I jumped from the diving board they have into the pit and hit my tailbone on the bottom, the foam did nothing to cushion the fall. There were no staff there watching, thank God my husband found me and was able to help me out of the pit. This post was made on the same day of my injury, and my back was in such excruciating pain that I had to go to the ER. Staff watched me limping to the car, leaning on my husband. No one bothered to check on us, not one staff member said a single word. Absolutely horrible service and a lawsuit waiting to happen.
