Staff were friendly. Plenty of parking and restroom was clean. I booked in advance and arrived 10 minutes before opening time. I didn't have to wait long and my kids had their wristbands ready to go at the official opening. Guests who arrived about 20-30 minutes after opening seemed to have to wait the longest. The reason why I did not give 5 stars is that the place feels dated and competition is growing. As big as the space is, the activities are somewhat congested. You'll have to wait in line anywhere up to 10 minutes if you want to do dodgeball. That doesn't seem like a long time but when you're booking by the hour it matters.

Had lots of fun, I recommend skipping the trampoline and going for the laser tag. Great place to hangout out with your friends, me and my friends loved how it was glow in the dark and that they played music for an extra element of fun

Biggest life waster ever. Me and my friend wanted to come here and have fun and jump around and play, not to mention my dad had to pay to let us in just for us to be told we can’t play cause we have the wrong socks on. So now we gotta pay even more money to have fun and enjoy something we paid to do. So instead we just played some of the games and I managed to win a Google play card which didn’t even god damn work when I redeemed it when the workers said it would work. I don’t care if my dad had the money come back around I’m still mad he wasted so much for us to not even be able to enjoy ourselves and have fun I was very mad at myself cause I wasted so much of my dads money and I wasn’t gonna make him spend more money for socks for me and my friend. The rules are so boring too, like it makes everything so lame like brighten up a bit won’t you? I get you don’t want anyone getting hurt but everyone had guns pointed at them while they tried having fun, I was even scared to move and jump at all cause I didn’t want workers screaming at me. Anyways I will be pissing in the foam pit if I enter this place again.
