Jumpin' Joeys

My kiddos had a blast. Owners were nice and friendly. The bounce houses and inflatable slides were a lot of fun. The bumper cars were not up to par and didn’t have a lot of power to move around. They were being charged periodically, but they still didn’t work properly and kids kept getting frustrated. We had a good time overall. Would recommend for small kids especially!

We recently hosted my son’s birthday party at Jumpin Joeys and it was a huge hit! From start to finish Vandana had made sure everything went smoothly. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly, and they made sure all our setup needs were met quickly. The play zone itself was clean, well-organized, and packed with exciting activities for all ages. Everything was affordable and food was really good also not to forget their Vada Pav was hit . We all enjoyed , it was a great experience . Thanks Vandana .

Had two of my son's birthday parties here and every time it has been an amazing experience! The staff is so helpful, the place is clean, and the decorations are awesome! I love that they provide everything for you other than the cake or cupcakes. They even take care of the mess afterwards!. It was very nice not to have to worry about decorating, food or clean up. They help with everything! And the most important part was that the kids had a ton of fun! Thanks for everything Van! See you again soon for the next bday party. ☺️

Hosted my daughter’s 4 yr old birthday party. Choose the package for 10 children totaling 299 which I considered reasonable. The owners informed me of party decorations starting at 75 so I chose the frozen theme and allowed them to handle the details. Unfortunately some of my guest arrived late so we staggered behind time wise. Van was somewhat intrusive as she kept coming into the party room to remind me that she needed the room by 3:30 which I was well aware of. I ordered two party sized pizzas at 36.99 each and a small vegetarian pizza which I never received. I also ordered two litter drinks at 4.99 each and fruit punch juice boxes at 6.99 for 6x2. I also asked for socks for the birthday girl not knowing I was charged 10 dollars. One of my guest ordered a small fry and was told the cost was 54.99 so she returned them for a handful of fries for 7.99. Van asks me if I wanted additional jump time which I didn’t realize would cost me an additional 60 dollars. When we went to pay the final cost we owed 700$. They intentionally offer lower party packages to lure you then take advantage with the ad-ons. The decorations cost 150 not 75 and the pizza was not good. I never receive an invoice and contacted van for three days before she answered the phone only to tell me she sent the invoice but never did. I’ll never visit again nor recommend for a party. And van I’m STILL waiting for my invoice! UPDATE: I was able to get in contact with van after playing phone tag for several days. I learned that I was charged for all the children that attended the party even if they did not jump totaling 17 children (some children sat in the party room the entire time but was still included in the total). I was also charged for other items unknowingly such as socks that my party guest requested and the fries that my friend ordered increasing my party total 200 dollars additional. Van refunded me for the additional cost of the children charged that did not jump and the cost of the fries (115.00). If you plan to book a party be well informed of all the details and cost of everything.
