Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

If I could give zero star I would. Doors opened at 10 am and hardly any lights on, when buying tickets the guy at the register mentioned he is there alone (saw another employee come in 20 minutes later). Trampolines were available, but almost everything else was closed or broken. Plus there was trash all over, including a spilt icee that my son almost stepped in, and the bathroom was nasty with dried up pee all over. Attached are the pictures. Worst jump park ever, as a business owner I would be embarrassed at the mess. Clearly the night crew didn’t clean up and only one employee would have to work hours to clean it.

The kids had fun. The only issues I had was that alot of the equipment was really beat up. Nothing major, small fixes like the sponge pit . Lights in the dunk area . The Rockwall wasn't open until we were ready to leave. There were quite a few areas not open. We got he platinum package. Im not sure it was worth it.I guess that's staffing issues. I wouldn't wanna work there. kids had fun I will never go back .

Best place for small kids , young kids for enjoying a full day games which includes- trampolines, zip liner, 3ft ball pit and many more attractions… Kids will have fun on a holiday and weekend.

It’s 1pm on a Saturday. One person checking folks in. Cafe lights not on. One poor guy out back making pizzas as fast as he can for parties. Nobody at front counter. Finally talk to a person “not my department.” After 20 min I was finally able to get icees, but 1 hour ticket time for French fries per the lady next to me. Now for attractions. I counted 5 total employees on the floor. Nobody to operate zipline, high ropes. Laser tag. Prices are the same and no outside food allowed. Fix the staffing or let me bring in my own food. Do better.

What a waste of money. Overran with irresponsible parents and their mean kids. 50% of the “platinum” features were broken. Clearly this place puts no money into maintaining the park. Many of the broken areas are safety hazards. I will never return. Our Bday host Julianna is the only reason I did not leave. She was fantastic.
