Environment: Specific details about the physical environment of Limitless Escape Games are not extensively described in the provided reviews. However, one review mentions a "tiny room" in the context of a potential booking of up to 10 people, suggesting that at least some of their escape rooms might be on the smaller side.

Services: The primary service offered is themed escape room experiences. They have at least two different rooms, "Bank Heist" and "Christmas Mix Up." The "Bank Heist" room was enjoyed by a group of first-timers with a wide age range, who found it challenging and fun, with excellent hosts named Megan and Cody. In contrast, the "Christmas Mix Up" room was perceived as too difficult by another group of first-timers, leading to frustration despite using the three available hints. The staff, particularly Haley at the front counter, is noted for being helpful and taking the time to explain missed clues after the game.

Eight of us did the Bank Heist, it was our first time doing an escape room. We had so much fun!! Our group age range was 14 yrs-76 yrs old and each of us were engaged. It was challenging, and the excitement once we cracked a code! Megan and Cody were excellent hosts, we will definitely be back.

Pretty discouraging outing. Our first time doing an escape room in person (have done a lot of digital ones) and it was too hard for us. We did the Christmas mix up room and we ended up giving up with two minutes to go. Too frustrating. We either needed more time or easier puzzles. You get three hints, but one of the hints was wasted because we had already figured out that particular puzzle. Haley at the front counter was great, and we appreciated her taking the time to explain the clues we missed after the end of the game. It was even more discouraging to hear the answers because the ONE puzzle that we were stumped on was the key to all the other puzzles and we weren’t even close to figuring it out. I think if we had gotten farther along in the game, I would book again. As it stands, it was WAY too much money for what we got. Not worth it. For a family of 4, the cost for one hour of play means I have very high expectations. If it hadn’t cost as much, I would have been capable of shrugging off the disappointing experience and trying again. I couldn’t even imagine not having a private game. The website says they book up to 10 people in a room on the weekend? I would have noped right out of that tiny room if there were 10 people squeezed in there.

My husband and I had such a great time here! I want to say the gentleman at the front who helped be our “game master” was named Eric and he was very kind and personable. We’d definitely go back in a heartbeat for a fun date night!

The quest was pretty good! For some people in our team, it was their first escape room experience. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that some objects had to be used multiple times. It would be helpful to give at least a small hint about this at the beginning since, in most quests, once an item is used, you don’t need it again. We played the pirate-themed quest, and overall, it was a fun and engaging experience!

Had a lot of fun in the escape room. It was my first time and found it all very interesting. I thought the amount of boxes that needed to be opened was a lot, especially when it got to the point where we could all only work on one clue at a time. It felt like lot for the time we had. But overall it was a good experience. The attendant that took care of us was very nice and explained everything very well.
