Pump It Up Pleasanton Kids Birthdays and More

SO happy we decided to have my son's 4th birthday here. This was his first party with friends and this was the first time I didn't have to do all the host things at my house, a park, etc. PIP made it super easy beginning with their portal. Manage guests, invites, waivers, bundle additions, food ordering, everything was done in the portal and I love that. They called a few days before to confirm the party, answer questions, and make any changes we needed. The kids had a blast. It's nice and cool, clean, and the party attendant was very nice. The pizza and other food is also pretty good. Better than most kid play spaces so that was a big bonus for us too. I 1000% would recommend this place and we will be coming back for future birthdays 🥳

Decent place. Obviously kids enjoy, but it could be better, after one or two visits it will be a boring place. Even for birthday party it feels mechanical, not lively. It’s not bad but there is lot of room to improve and keep this an enjoyable place for kids

I recently visited Pump It Up in Pleasanton, and it was an absolute blast for both the kids and adults. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and well-organized. The facility was clean, spacious, and filled with a variety of fun inflatables and play areas to keep children entertained for hours. The inflatables were well-maintained, and there were plenty of options for kids of all ages to climb, slide, and jump to their heart’s content. Safety was clearly a priority, with attentive staff members ensuring everyone followed the rules and played safely. One of the highlights was the private party room. It was clean, brightly decorated, and the staff handled everything from setup to cleanup, which made the whole experience stress-free for parents. The birthday package was reasonably priced, and having the entire play area reserved for our group was a huge plus. Overall, Pump It Up in Pleasanton is a perfect spot for birthdays, playdates, or just letting kids burn off some energy. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a fun, safe, and hassle-free experience for their little ones. We’ll definitely be back!

Party was very professionally organized. Pump it up called us two days before our party to confirm the menu and add ons. They checked in our guests quickly so that our party could start on time. The food was all ordered in time so the pizza was warm. The staff was very courteous and served the food to our guests and helped with cutting the cake. Checkout was smooth and we were done on time. Received several compliments from our guests.
