The staff was great at the welcome desk. Informative and friendly. The life guards were incredibly vigilant and all over the whistles to keep the kids in line. I actually appreciated their attentiveness. The issues I had was an overall lack of parking. I parked up near the apartments where I got a ticket because I didn’t see the sign about residential parking only. There was standing room only around the pool as families were putting towels and bags on entire sections of chairs claiming them for hours. The lockers need your own personal lock which was a bummer as there was no good place to put your valuables and we didn’t have a lock. The pool is smaller than other community centers and the cost was a bit pricey for visitors from out of state. $35 for 2 kids and an adult. Overall the kids had fun and the staff kept it safe.

Too many dumb rules, hard to enjoy yourself. They constantly told me that my kids weren’t allowed to swim on my back. Also you need to use an inner tube in the lazy river… my kids wanted to just cruise around without an inner tube. Also water was too cold to enjoy longer than 30-40 min. This is a trend though in a lot places… assuming people are infants who can’t handle swimming without constant supervision.

Went on a Tuesday morning right after opening. No one else was there. We had a blast! The lifeguards are nice, professional and quick to catch a person in need.

We had the pleasure of Ian & Mrs. Alfreda hosting our party and their energy was extremely AMAZING, POSITIVE, AND APPRECIATED ! Wonderful tones, and willingness to assist and help! Big smiles! I really enjoyed them today! Also they have a great life guard team who does a great job watching out for everyone! I didn’t get to work with the front desk due to us being at a birthday party! But i bet they’re cool too!

This place is AWESOME!! We are so glad we brought our kids here. The only thing I don’t like is the hours are kind of wonky & not very easily advertised. We drove out yesterday & didn’t know their hours had changed. But regardless, it really is such a fun place and we are so glad we came back. ALL of the staff are so unbelievably friendly & knowledgeable. The lifeguards were working hard to make sure everything was in check and keeping everyone safe. I felt very comfortable knowing they were watching over my children & everyone else’s. There is so much to do! The big water slide is SO much fun! There’s a whirlpool that we all enjoyed & a lazy river. My kids had a BLAST. So did all of the adults. Plus, you can’t beat their prices! You 100% get what you pay for, and more. We WILL be coming back!!!
