Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I never knew this place existed lol until my friend had her son's birthday here. This place is absolutely awesome for the kids and for adults to play, too. My daughter loved this place so much that she wants her birthday here next year, which I'm very tempted to do, so we'll see. There's so much to do and jump on that you can't get bored at all. The food is yummy, too. The service was great. They have little scavenger hunt games, and my daughter actually found one and got a slushie as her prize, which she was excited about and enjoyed it all. I definitely recommend this place to everyone young and old. They have massage chairs if you want to just relax, lol.

We had a good time at the party. Probably won’t do it again. I paid over $500 for a birthday. We didn’t get the free shirt as advertised. Or any of the gift bags as advertised. In the middle of the party they came up to us and reminded us that we still had to pay for the party as if we had intentions to just party and leave… I wasn’t really sure when the party was to be paid for. I assumed after the party was over.. I assure you we were not going to leave and not pay… we didn’t have anyone really help us or plan the party. No one called me at all before the party to check base with us like the email said they would. All the employees just sat around together in groups and chatted the entire time. I will definitely say that urban air really appreciates their parties that’s thrown at their company. Over all I really like the lay out of the building. Really easy to look around and find kids. Just very poor service. No one was rude by any means, we just were not important. Will continue with urban air where my child will feel special.

My spouse and I visited the facility last month with 5 children. The team member that assisted us informed us that he could get us a discount and that our kids would be able to jump for free for the month. We both said ok and this was the only communication given on the matter by the team member. My spouse and I paid separately, he paid for three kids and I paid for 2. A month later we noticed we were charged a second time. Unbeknownst to us the “discount” the team member mentioned was actually a membership of which we would be charged monthly for. We were charged to separate fees in different increments for one household. There was absolutely nothing stated about a monthly membership nor did we authorize our credit cards to be charged monthly. The team members receive an incentive for each person they sign up so they happily scam people into a membership. Management refused to refund the fraudulent charge, forcing me to dispute with my credit card company. We will no longer patron this establishment, very disappointing and deceptive.

Mostly trampolines, some foam pits and other activities. Not so much room for birthday parties. One way in and one way out for child safety. Food isn’t the best. Usually never overcrowded. Overall fun for kids and less work than Urban Air for the adults keeping up with kids.

$25/session for walkins Only recommend for young kids & teens. Adults will probably get injured playing around here. Kind of deserted on the weekdays.
