The man who worked at the counter was awesome! Very sweet and gave lots of information about the memberships they have to offer. Although I did not purchase a membership the day I took my son, it is something I will be purchasing in the near future. Clean and fun atmosphere. Also, the younger girl who was working on the floor is a complete angel and my son talked about her on the way home because she was just “the coolest”. She was very attentive and does her job well. I really enjoyed my time and so did my son and niece. :)

I spent my 66th birthday here. I had the time of my long life! My grandson showed me the ropes, he's fearless! I stepped out of my comfort zone and conquered some fears. I followed him at first, and then he put me to work on having fun. "Nana, that's why we came here! Don't you want to have fun?" he asked. I Made sure someone took pictures. Here they are! I had a blast!

Jackie is a manager at this location not only did she more than a few things for us when we attended a session,,,, She helped out get an employee on the floor to open the slides, and as we were getting snacks, we realized that she was also running the front desk and concessions as a company. I hope she’s recognized and promoted. She deserves it.

cool place to jump for an hour or two but definitely not worth $600 for the mega epic vip party. at check in the young lady that helped me was very rude. told her ive never had a party there before so i didnt know we werent allowed in the party room until the two hours of jump time were up even though in the reservation i stated i had multiple non jumpers. & then another family walked in right after me & were escorted straight to there party room? Lol. I asked an am she was very nice and told me yes we actually can be in there. so you pay all the extra $$ to have the filthy room for one hour after your done. we barley stayed an extra 30 minutes after jumping because 1- it was disgusting. 2- my kids were hungry when we got there so a hunch of them ate snacks in the regular tables staring into our party room because the first young lady said we couldnt sit in there. & yeah. bathroom is digusting the little food they did have available is cheap & pricey. my advice if you come here. use the bathroom before you come because its literally so gross, save your money and eat somewhere else after. bring your own water & NEVER book a party here. just pay for the group of people to jump its seriously not worth it for how gross the place is & how rude ANY worker thats not a manager is.

First time doing a birthday party here yesterday. After spending almost $500 I won’t do it again. The rude and nasty teenagers that work here are ridiculous we seen our party host one time and she pulled the adults away to pay while trying to eat they didn’t even put my sons name on the door we had to erase the previous name they messed up our pizza order their soda was flat and disgusting and warm we got yelled at because my husband wasn’t wearing an “observer” bracelet but we asked at the beginning if he needed one and one person told us no but this person kicked my husband off the jump floor none of the guests would even use the bathrooms because they were disgusting. Not to mention my party came with water bottles but they wouldn’t give it to us till after the jump time but a single water is $3.50 from the place. My opinion if this is a choice next time from my kids I’ll just pay for people to jump and go to eat afterwards somewhere else
