Not over crowded on a Saturday. The kiddos (8 - 10 year olds) had so much fun. The adults all agree that the pizza was not good at all. Kids didn’t seem to care. 😂 The staff was very attentive and friendly.

My family and I had a wonderful time and experience at SkyZone. One of the employees (I believe her name was Pam) was so pleasant. She greeted us with a smile which is very rare to see at times. She was attentive to the kids and was super helpful throughout our time there! Definitely look forward to visiting again

Update to owner’s response: After two business days still no response to the email that I sent and the number is to the store that told me they can’t tell me the managers name. As I stated in my email there was no confusion. You intentionally mislead customers by giving away free passes to get them to your store with their little kids and then tell everyone once they are there that you will not honor them. Knowing that parents will just pay to jump because they don’t want to disappoint their kids. It’s obvious you are fine with practicing false advertising. I recently took my three-year-old to Sky Zone after winning free passes at a local community event. The passes had no expiration date or restrictions, yet when we arrived, a sign on the door stated they would no longer be honored. Unfortunately, after already telling my child about the visit and making the drive there, turning around wasn’t an option—so I ended up paying for his jump time. I asked to speak with a manager, only to be told that no manager was available. When I asked for the manager’s name to follow up later, I was told it was “policy” not to disclose that information. I then requested to speak with the highest-ranking employee on duty and was assured they would come speak with me. We were there for over an hour, and no one ever followed up. Not only did this business engage in false advertising, but they also demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism and basic customer service. I would strongly caution others before visiting, especially if you expect any level of accountability from management.

We are retired Military, in our 70’s, and we took 2 of our granddaughters to the Fredericksburg Sky Zone 26 Jan. 2025 and the staff explained we could pay $26 for each child and jump for the day or we could pay $30 and jump for the month. We chose the latter, paid $66.32 for them to jump from 26 Jan. to 26 Feb. First of all, they always had computer glitches every time we were there. (We filled out the online ‘waiver form’ at least three times – the staff told us each time that the waiver would be in place for the next session, but it was not.) They have a record in their computer that both girls were there on 26 Jan. and only 1 granddaughter was there 26 Feb. which is incorrect. We were there several times in Feb. and they did not register us in the computer correctly, and somedays not at all. The second visit late in the evening with very few folk there was dangerous. Someone was leaving with a nose bleed as we entered the building. We discovered blood on the bathroom door, blood in the floors on the way to the rest room, on the bathroom sinks, and on the stalls in the restroom. I immediately notified the front desk and they removed it from the floor and that was all, the staff was not even aware of a nose bleed. I cleaned the rest room doors and sinks so our granddaughters could wash their hands. Very few paper towels were in the bathroom to wash and clean up. We had a couple of visits with no problems and then the last time we attempted to jump, we entered the front door on a Saturday and the place was packed with folk. We were in line to check in, when a boy about 7 or 8 years old, vomited in front of the concession stand/ picnic tables. I advised the lady behind the cash register and she said someone would take care of it. Servers were walking through the vomit carrying trays of pizza and coke. No one seem to take time to clean this up. Needless to say we left without jumping. This particular Sky zone is unsafe due to blood, vomit (body fluids) on the floors. I feel the folk working there are not trained to deal with body fluids. I am retired Medical, so I know these fluids can potentially become serious health problems to others. Last but definitely not least, we were charged incorrectly for (26 Feb. – 26 March $66.32, we did not go to the facility) and (26 March – 26 April $66.32, we did not go to the facility). We only signed up for 1 month and they continue to charge our card. Please refund $132.64. I called the 540 368 6390, on 28March2025 after opening my credit card statement, and spoke with Kayleigh the manager. I explained to Kayleigh I was not able to cancel on the website and asked for her help. She was not able to help me; therefore, she sent an email to Courtney the General Manager (I had to call 2 times before Courtney, the General Manager returned my call). I explained to Courtney the 3 concerns, as above. She had no response except to say it was a self-explanatory website and she would not help. Furthermore, she did not address any of the items of concern. She screamed, yelled and said, “no refund,” and hung up.

I was gonna write a long explanation about the events that took place at our birthday party and how our payed two hours of jumping was cut 30 minutes early and when I said why are we cut short, they responded with “because your jump time is up at 4pm, ” and when I showed the employees my phone and it is still 330pm they told us we can speak to the manager but there is nothing they can do. When I went to speak to the manager she hid in her office and wouldn't come out. I believe it was Olivia the Assitant manager that day, and she left her high school employees to run the building while she hid in her office. My review was gonna be even longer to explain our encounter with the actual manager days later but all the reviews on here sum up how awful she is at her job and how rude she is to customers. I feel bad for her staff. Staff here have told me on multiple occasions how bad their managers are and have apologized for their behavior. They have employees saying it's bad because their managers are. That should tell you enough to take your money and business elsewhere. They have more and more people pulling their memberships now than with the old management. It is not an employee thing, they are all kind and young high school kids with leaders who have peanut butter for brains and no concept on how to manage them. Hopefully the district manager sees all these reviews and fixes management. Until management changes Urban air will have my business now.
