I was visiting with my family and wanted to bring my kids to do something fun and burn their energy. Skyzone popped up and we decided to try it out. I must say that the place was nice. My kids had a blast. The layout was good and place was clean. There is plenty of seating in the play area which was great. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. We will visit again.

We love it here. The staff is always so friendly.. Love all the new changes they’re putting into the place. Just wish they would fix the temperature in the bathroom because it burns your hands when you wash them, And whatever they use to put fragrance into the air, makes me choke every time. Other than that, we love the place

They have many fun activities: other than lots of trampolines, there are also foam pits with balance beam, tight rope, swing course etc. However, the place is absolutely filthy, they do require shoes off for the jumpers, but almost all the parents are wearing shoes, the staff also walk around in their shoes! Even if they don't get on the trampolines, the activity area is all connected with the waiting couches scatter between the activities, so whatever are on people's shoe's WILL get on the trampolines and your and your kids' socks and clothes! (The trampolines are visibility dirty right after opening in the morning). There's also not designated under 6yr area as the website implied: I was told they only have it between 9-10am, but we got there just after 9 one day, still no area for just young children. So even though the place seems really fun, we're probably not coming back after the summer pass is over. Edit: both our three year old and one year old have been having fun here, and they're adding in a toddler session. Still have mixed thoughts on it though, wish it could be cleaner.

“I would strongly advise against hosting your child’s party at Sky Zone. We booked the Mega VIP package, which was supposed to accommodate 10 kids and up to 60 adults with cutlery and plates provided. However, what we experienced was entirely different. The party was scheduled to start at 1:45 pm, and Sky Zone was supposed to set up the room with our decorations 15 minutes before that. When we arrived, the room wasn’t set up, and to our shock, it could barely fit 20 people. I had invited 35 adults, and the space was completely inadequate. I called multiple times leading up to the event to confirm every detail, from the room size to the promised supplies. Despite these assurances, Sky Zone still failed to deliver. When I raised these issues, the management simply blamed “miscommunication” with one of their 80 staff members and refused to take responsibility. Ultimately, we ended up with a big bill for a poorly managed, disappointing experience. Do yourself a favor and avoid hosting your child’s party at Sky Zone.”

This place seems pretty new and has a lot to do. That’s where the compliments end. It was so out of control, crowded and just dirty! - no toilet paper in at least two stalls of the women’s bathroom - actual trash on bathroom floors, lobby floors, etc - kids running and screaming all over the play areas and lobby with no staff keeping things under control. At one point at least 10 kids RAN out the front door screaming about how it was snowing a little. No adults stopped them or supervised that they just were out in the parking lot suddenly. - upon arrival on a Sunday afternoon there were two people in line to pay in front of us. It took 20 full minutes for them to process/pay those two and when it was my turn it was truly astonishing how long it took (waivers were complete before getting in line) to just pay and get bracelets on my kids. About 10 full minutes. Why?? - the water fountains had actual trash and filth so my kids wouldn’t use them. - every single table and bench was DIRTY the whole two hours we were there and never once did I see any staff clean a single thing. - at the zip line there was a grown kid - maybe 15 yrs old - doing something crazy where he would fling his body in a rough way and drop before he was supposed to - over and over - and as he would let go of the handle he did it so it would flip up and hit the cables and make a huge scary noise and nearly missed kicking kids in the head several times. Finally a staff member saw and yelled for him to stop just as I was getting up to get help and he quit doing it at that point. Maybe this was a “one off” but I will never go there again. An absolutely chaotic and dirty place. Such a shame because it has great potential! The one in Durham can also get crowded but it has never been a mess and out of control like that. They have staff in each area making sure it’s safe. Not so in Apex.
