Sky Zone Trampoline Park

Excellent customer service! They were ultra helpful in helping us set up for my son's birthday party yesterday. He and his friends had a great time jumping and playing in the facility. My son and his friends really enjoyed being there and then having the pizza and refreshments afterwards. I am very happy with all the assistance we had from Marco, Brennan and the rest of the staff. From setting up the tables, helping us decorate, to bringing out the food, water and soft drinks, their top package was worth the price! Highly recommended! If teenagers can have such a great time in a fun and safe environment, younger children will enjoy having their celebrations there. Thank you Sky Zone!

Best investment i have ever made. Most of my kids friends birthdays are held there. There so much to do it's hard to get board of this place my kids have had a membership for about 6 months and they go 1 or 2 times a week and they still get excited every time. I highly recommend this place

My kids went here for a birthday party and had a blast! They loved all of the trampolines & the slides & everything. Busy the whole time!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Defy’s membership cancellation process and customer service. I attempted to cancel my membership before being charged, but their website did not show any active memberships under my name. I also called customer service, left a voicemail, and never received a response. Since I couldn’t cancel online, I went to the location in person, where an employee helped me cancel. However, by that time, my account had already been charged $89, and the cancellation only applied to the next cycle. I immediately contacted customer service on Thursday to request a refund, as I had been actively trying to cancel before the charge. They told me I would receive a response within 1-2 business days, but it has now been three business days (Thursday–Monday), and I still haven’t heard anything. I understand that delays can happen, but withholding a response—especially over $89—is unacceptable. At the very least, I should have received an update. Ignoring refund requests and making it difficult to cancel a membership is not a good look for a company. I hope they make things right, but based on this experience, I would not recommend their membership program.

I liked this place the first time I went, but consecutive visits have changed my mind entirely. This place takes advantage of the fact that 85% of parents park themselves in the provided seating areas and stare at their phones while the teen-aged staff wanders the floor, dismissing problems, treating children like crap, and doing just enough to collect a paycheck. Multiple visits have resulted in me watching staff using their authority to mistreat children when parents weren't watching. This last visit my daughter told me that a staff member snapped at her and she didn't know why, so I walked over to where it happened thinking it was some sort of mistake and it happened again (the staffer didn't see me standing behind her). I asked my daughter to go wait in line for the activity at that location and when her turn came, that same staffer watched kids who had just taken their turn push my daughter to the back of the line. She then let the kids who had just gone go again and told my daughter and about 4 other kids who had been patiently waiting that there was no room for them and that they needed to wait their turn (again). I grabbed my daughter and left. I would have complained, but I had lost my drivers license in the building and was hoping that if I was nice, the staff might be helpful. When I asked the snack counter guy if someone had seen it, he acted like I was bothering him and said "So are you going to buy a bottle of water?". I wish that someone cared that my drivers license was lost, I wish that there was an adult working that I could have had a conversation with, and I wish that I didn't pay that amount of money for my daughter and I to have been treated so carelessly. I tried calling today, but no one answered the phone, and no one called me back. I honestly believe it is because as long as you pay to play, nobody cares.
