Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park

Had a party here and I have to say they weren't the easiest to work with. It was not easy to reach them prior to and during. At one point we were grabbing our own socks and we did our own announcements. On the other hand they didn't get in our way and didn't give us a hard time. Great place, our entire party enjoyed it very much.

Urban Air was so fun here. The last time I came which was about a year ago, The staff were friendly and my family and I had fun. There were so many things to do I felt like we never got bored. I really loved the balance activities for the little kids and older kids! There were enough fun things to do for both parties! No other indoor trampoline park can compare!(also I’m sorry in advance I didn’t take a lot of photos but hopefully you come visit)

Would give this place zero stars if I could. What child is done playing within two hours? Then you have to purchase another pass at full price when your kid wants to continue playing. This location is price gouging and is at the discretion of the franchise owner. So what one person pays for all day, another only gets two hours. Completely unfair, and the worst part is they don't even make that known when you purchase the tickets. I never would have came here if I knew that, definitely wouldn't have purchased pizza and more if I knew time was limited. Would have just went elsewhere with the rest of our day. If you're going to enforce a crummy policy at least inform the people first so they can decide accordingly.

Great management and customer service. There was a miscommunication and they totally took care of it and were so kind. The kids had a great time! Very cool place with some fun attractions. Thanks Urban Air!

This was our first visit to Urban Air in Hanford. It was amazing! From the greeting at the front entrance to the knowledgeable and friendly staff walking around the trampoline arena. This park has everything to offer for all ages. My youngest which is 3 1/2 was able to enjoy the playground tubes, and most of the trampolines. My oldest really loved how they had basketball hoops to shoot the ball into in the trampoline area. They also offer zip riding, rope courses, ninja climbing, multiple rock walls, and EVEN go-karting! The prices are very reasonable and the membership prices are super cheap for families with multiple children. The food is very delicious! We ordered a large one topping pizza for under $20. We had plenty to eat and leftovers to bring home. The only thing I suggest is purchasing the ‘urban air’ brand of socks the first visit, and then bring them each time you visit the park. They do ask that you wear their grip socks versus bringing your own from a different establishment. I highly recommend checking this park out if you are in the area.
