Sky Zone Trampoline Park

I am not sure why there are so many negative reviews for this location. While it may not be perfect and sometimes the staff is busy or disinterested, the actual facility is kept up and has plenty to do. It is a great value overall for the monthly membership and there are some employees that work here that are very friendly and have made our experiences very fun and welcoming. We have been members at the Brook Road location too and while that one is smaller and has some different pros and cons, the Short Pump location is huge and has so much more to do. We are overall very happy coming here.

The staff here is exceptionally friendly! We were staying in the hotel right next door with two young children (8 and 6). We pulled into the parking lot one night just after Sky Zone had closed and of course the kids were disappointed because they wanted to go in. Two young men were getting off work closing up (a young Black man whose name I didn't get and another young man named Jarrett), they saw our kids peeking in and invited them in for a tour. They also invited us to come visit the next day, and handed us passes. The kids were so excited! We visited the next day before we left town and the kids had a blast! The place is new and clean and it's way different from our home base Sky Zone! Next time we're in town we will be sure to return.

Beware when booking birthday parties at this venue—the management is poor, and there is little staff accountability. I booked a birthday party more than a month in advance. Two weeks before the event, I took my child to play and was shocked to find that half the facility was under construction and overcrowded. At the time of booking over the phone, no one informed me about the renovations. When I called to ask about it, the staff dismissed my concerns as if it wasn’t an issue. I have serious doubts about how they will accommodate 25 kids and their accompanying adults on the day of the party. When I requested access to the party room in advance so the adults would have a place to sit, they said it would cost an additional $100 per hour—on top of the $1,000 I’m already paying. I looked for alternative venues, but no nearby trampoline parks had availability on such short notice.

Defy Trampoline Park exceeded all expectations! The super-fast tall slide, challenging obstacles, thrilling zip line, and high jumps provided an exhilarating experience. The recent addition of a nerf battle added an exciting twist. Can't wait for more innovative activities! Highly recommend for a fun-packed day. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Our birthday party was cancelled before 2 days saying a technical issue but the real reason was due to restructuring, these things are planned ahead of time and we booked our birthday party well in advance. They should have let us know that it is not available for a party , instead they just let us book the party and cancel us out just with 2 days notice. It was so hard to find a place for a party at the last moment. I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone .
